APB Reloaded coming to PlayStation 4 & Xbox One during Q2 2015



Deep Silver, Reloaded Games and The Workshop Entertainment bring APB Reloaded to PlayStation4 and Xbox One

Deep Silver, Reloaded Games and The Workshop Entertainment today jointly announce they are hard at work transforming the hit PC Free2Play Action MMO “All Points Bulletin: Reloaded” into a game destined for the new generation consoles.

Currently in development by industry-veteran led studio The Workshop Entertainment in Marina Del Ray, CA, with support from Reloaded Games’ teams in Edinburgh and Huntington Beach, and published by Deep Silver, APB Reloaded’s console edition is expected to launch in late Q2 2015. On its release the game will be free to play and freely downloadable for all owners of PlayStation 4, and for Xbox Live Gold members on Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft.

APB Reloaded puts you in the near-future urban cityscape of San Paro where you pick one of two factions: “Enforcer,” to uphold the city’s martial law, or “Criminal” to cause maximum mayhem across the city. In addition to its challenging and immersive gameplay, APB Reloaded features one of the best and most extensive character and vehicle customization systems available in any modern MMO. The game is driven by PvP experiences where up to 100 customized players (up to 50 vs. 50) can participate in real time missions across San Paro.

The PC version of APB Reloaded has been installed and played by over 5 million PC gamers since its December 2011 release.

APB Reloaded console edition will be free to download and free to play, and players can earn items in game for free, as well as have the option to purchase in-game gear, items, vehicles and customizations intended for their characters to specialize in particular play styles.

PlayStation 4 Release of Silence – The Whispered World 2 Confirmed

Daedalic Entertainment’s upcoming adventure, Silence: The Whispered World 2, , will also be released on PlayStation 4: Today, the developer and publisher confirms the release on the Sony console.

Only a short while ago, Daedalic announced their first multi-platform-release with Silence: The Whispered World 2, and confirmed the game's release on Xbox One. "We now also have Sony's approval and we're looking forward to make Silence, available to Playstation 4-players", says Steffen Boos, Daedalic Entertainment's studio manager. "This makes Silence: The Whispered World 2, a fully fledged multi-platform project; for the first time, we can release a game for the high end current-gen consoles which is an important cornerstone for the company. We strongly believe that narrative-driven games like ours will be well received among console players."

In Silence: The Whispered World 2, players accompany Noah who struggles to find his little sister Renie in the turmoil of war. Against all odds, he manages to follow her, only to find himself alone in Silence, the world he once traveled as Sadwick the clown. There seems to be no way back and Renie is lost in a war-ravaged Silence.

Together with his sister he joins a group of rebels, led by a determined girl named Kyra. They're the last bastion of resistance against the terrible seekers - mysterious creatures washing over Silence in ever growing numbers, while more and more of the people just seem to vanish. It is on Noah and the player to find a way back home from this dangerous place.

In new, completely 3D-clad visuals, Silence: The Whispered World 2, offers plenty of new content for players. On their quest for a way home players indulge in a touching, visually impressive adventure, with many secrets concerning Noah, his sister Renie and the world of Silence waiting to be discovered.

Silence: The Whispered World 2, is scheduled for release in late 2015 for PC, Mac, Xbox One™ and PlayStation 4.

Coaster Park Tycoon

Frontier became the acknowledged leading developer of Tycoon games for its work on the RollerCoaster Tycoon franchise, particularly its development of 2004’s 10M unit-selling PC game RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 which is still considered the benchmark of the Tycoon genre, more than ten years after its release in 2004.

Coaster Park Tycoon, scheduled for 2016 release on PC, is intended to raise that benchmark for ‘Tycoon’ gameplay even further by combining accessible creative features with a sophisticated simulation.
