PixelJunk VR Dead Hungry coming to PlayStation VR

   

Q-Games is bringing PixelJunk VR Dead Hungry, previously released for Oculus Rift and HTC Vive, to PlayStation VR, the company announced.

Here’s a brief overview of the game, via its Steam page:

Sink your teeth into the first VR offering from well-known PixelJunk series developer Q-Games! Dead Hungry is a fast-paced hilarious panicky action game in which you are a fearless food-truck chef working overtime to end the invading zombie menace–by sating their hunger with an order of burger, soda and fries! The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR, Fallout 4 VR, and Doom VFR release dates announced

　　在今年的 E3 发布会上，Bethesda 宣布将旗下的《上古卷轴5》、《辐射4》以及《DOOM》进行VR化。就在今天 Bethesda 官方正式公布了这三款 VR 版游戏的发售时间。

　　首先是《辐射4 VR》，它将 12 月 12 日正式登陆 HTC VIVE 平台。Bethesda 在推特表示，希望将《辐射4 VR》推广到更多VR平台。

　　《上古卷轴 5》的 VR 版将于 11 月 17 日登陆PS VR，并在 2018 年登陆HTC VIVE。《上古卷轴 5》的 VR 版除游戏本体之外，三个DLC：《黎明守卫》、《炉火》以及《龙裔》均会包含在其中。

　　12 月 1 号《DOOM VFR》将登陆 PS VR 与 HTC VIVE。《DOOM VFR》的发售可能会给《DOOM》带来全新的血腥体验。不过《DOOM VFR》是一个建立在《DOOM》世界观下的全新动作冒险游戏，并不是《DOOM》的完全VR化。



Bethesda has announced the release dates of its three virtual reality titles first announced at E3 2017.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR will launch for PlayStation VR on November 17.

And Doom VFR will launch for PlayStation VR and HTC Vive on December 1.

Fallout 4 VR will launch for HTC Vive on December 12.

Gungrave VR announced for PlayStation VR and other virtual reality devices



Blueside has announced Gungrave VR, an Iggymob-developed, virtual reality-exclusive “cinematic action shooting game” based on the Red Entertainment-developed PlayStation 2 title. It will launch first for PlayStation VR in Japan in 2017, followed later by other virtual reality devices such as Oculus and Vive.

Gungrave VR is a new title developed by optimizing the Gungrave released for PS2 in 2002 for PlayStation VR. The worldview of Gungrave will remain unchanged, and it is being developed with a story that goes beyond the sequel Gungrave: Overdose.

The game’s infinite shooting, object destruction, and “full break action” are being optimized for virtual reality. It will incorporate both the third-person perspective through the aforementioned full break action and first-person perspective through “dynamic shooting.” It promises to inherit the series’ legacy, with members of the original title’s development team joining in on development.

　　数字王国宣布与环球电影娱乐集团旗下的 Universal Brand Development 合作，以 Netflix 原创剧集《圣战士：传奇的守护神（DreamWorks Voltron Legendary Defender）》 系列改编为主题，打造首部虚拟现实（VR）历险动画作品《圣战士 VR 战记（暂译，原名：DreamWorks Voltron VR Chronicles）》，预定于 9 月 26 日登场。

　　《圣战士（百兽王）》系列是描述以 5 架机器狮，并可组合而成巨大机器人的故事。 在《圣战士 VR 战记》中，观众将以第一人称视角化身成圣战士，穿梭不同的时空拯救宇宙，对抗外星怪物攻击。 玩家也可透过拆解不同迷团和挑战关卡，与动画中的其他角色包括：Lance、Hunk、Pidge、Keith、Shiro、Allura 和 Coran 一同对抗敌人 Zarkon 的威胁。

Digital Domain has announced Dreamworks Voltron VR Chronicles for PlayStation VR. It is a “cinematic, episodic virtual reality experience,” and will launch on September 26 for $14.99.

The Inpatient launches November 21 in the Americas, November 22 in Europe
PSVR恐怖新作《绝命患者》公布首个宣传片

　　SIE 宣布由《直到黎明》开发商 Supermassive Games 制作的前传 PSVR 恐怖游戏《病人》台译（《绝命患者（暂译，英文原名：The Inpatient）》）的宣传影片。

　　《病人》的舞台设定在《直到黎明》60年前的布莱克伍德疗养院。玩家将操作一名失去记忆的住院病人，并且尝试了解自己是谁以及为何自己会在这里。游戏将拥有多条叙述线路以及不同的结局，玩家做出的每一个选择都会大幅影响到故事的走向。

　　从宣传片中可以看到，作为一款VR游戏《病人》的画面相当出色，病院的恐怖气氛刻画到位，颇有《逃生》的感觉。并且和《直到黎明》一样，本作也将设有多个不同的结局，流程中玩家的选择都将会影响故事的发展。《病人》将在 2017 年 11 月 21 日发售，目前展示尚未公布中文版消息。

The Inpatient, the E3 2017-announced PlayStation VR game from Until Dawn studio Supermassive Games, will launch on November 21 in the Americas and November 22 in Europe, Sony Interactive Entertainment announced.

The Inpatient is set in the Blackwood Sanatorium, 60 years before the events of Until Dawn, and puts players in the role of an amnesiac inpatient who must find out who they are and why they are in the Sanatorium. It features a branching narrative with different endings, meaning every choice you make can “drastically affect” how the story develops.

   

Bravo Team launches December 5 in the Americas, December 6 in Europe

　　SIE 宣布由 Supermassive Games 开发的第一人称射击游戏《亡命小队（暂译，Bravo Team）》美版将于 12 月 5 日发售、欧版将于 12 月 6 日发售。

　　《亡命小队》设定在一个虚构的现代东欧城市，玩家可以单人游戏，也可以在线双人游戏。本作将会在紧张的枪战之中考验玩家的射击技巧以及战术战斗能力。

　　玩家将可以使用DualShock 4、PlayStation Move或是PlayStation VR射击控制器操作本作。



Bravo Team, the E3 2017-announced PlayStation VR first-person shooter from Supermassive Games, will launch on December 5 in the Americas and December 6 in Europe, Sony Interactive Entertainment announced.

Bravo Team is set in a fictional modern-day Eastern European city, and is playable in both single-player and two-player online co-op. It throws players into “an intense firefight that will test both your shooting and tactical combat skills.” It is compatible with DualShock 4, PlayStation Move, and the PlayStation VR Aim controllers.

Kowloon’s Gate VR: Suzaku delayed to late fall in Japan, demo launches September 6
《九龙VR朱雀》发售延期 试玩版9月6日推出

　　《九龙风水传VR 朱雀》是1997发售在PS平台经典冒险游戏《九龙风水传》的PS VR版，近日开发商在游戏官方推特上发文表示，此前游戏预计2017年夏季发售需要延期至2017年的深秋，具体时间仍未说明。

　　不过在宣布延期的同时，官方还向各位玩家表示，《九龙风水传VR 朱雀》将会在今年9月6日推出免费试玩版。在试玩版当中，玩家能够探索体验正式版游戏中的部分地图和剧情。更多关于本作的后续消息，请持续关注本站。



Jetman has delayed the release of Kowloon’s Gate VR: Suzaku from its previously planned summer release in Japan to “late fall,” the company announced.

The developer said it needs a little more time to complete the PlayStation VR title.

To make up for the delay, a free demo of the game will be released via the Japanese PlayStation Store on September 6.

Visual novel Tear: Owari to Hajimari no Shizuku announced for PS4 and PlayStation VR

Rockin Heart Games has announced Tear: Owari to Hajimari no Shizuku, its first original title and a “virtual reality visual novel adventure” game, due out for PlayStation 4 with PlayStation VR support via the PlayStation Store in Japan on October 5 for 1,500 yen.

In Tear, players will use a device called “Tear” to go back and forth between reality and a vision, while solving incidents happening in the real world such as serial kidnappings, ghosts, UFOs, science fiction, spy wars, military affairs, and mysteries. The story will eventually get players dragged into a battle concerning the end and beginning of the world. The story develops around the famous mystery that is the “Third Secret of Fatima.”

The story uses a multi-sight system through several protagonists. If the truth behind the complex story is not solved entirely, its structure will not be revealed.

As a PlayStation VR compatible title, Tear has a virtual reality exploration mode in which players can experience the mysterious world in the game through the headset. Of course, the game is also playable without PlayStation VR by using the DualShock 4 controller. The characters use Live2D technology.

Following Hikari Miyamoto and Allison Snow, Bandai Namco has announced a new character for its PlayStation VR-exclusive Summer Lesson series named Chisato Shinjo.

Currently, Bandai Namco has only revealed a silhouette of Misato, but producer and director Jun Tamaoki hinted that she is the “lady living in a large mansion” that players may have heard about from Ms. Ukai from the head office in Summer Lesson: Allison Snow, and teased that they are preparing “several, unpredictable inventions of new virtual reality experiences” for Chisato’s game.
