PlayStation 4 Turns One

It’s hard to believe that 12 short months ago, the PlayStation Nation finally got their hands on the most powerful and socially connected gaming platform ever created. With blockbuster games from our Worldwide Studios like inFAMOUS Second Son, MLB 14 The Show, Killzone Shadow Fall, The Last of Us Remastered and new innovative features like Share Play and SHAREfactory, PS4 has had an unprecedented first year!

In honor of PS4’s one year anniversary, we’ve created an infographic highlighting some of the unforgettable milestones. It goes with saying that this is made possible by you, and we continue to be humbled by your passion.

I should also mention that we’re not only celebrating PS4’s first birthday, but also a significant milestone for our brand as we near the 20th anniversary of the original PlayStation on December 3rd. In the weeks leading up to this special day, I’m happy to announce that we have a series of blog posts planned to take a look back at twenty years of PlayStation. Those of you who have been with us from the beginning, along with those who are new to PlayStation family, are in for a special treat so please stay tuned.

In addition, on December 6th-7th, the PlayStation Experience takes over Las Vegas for a massive two-day community event dedicated to our fans. At PlayStation Experience you will also have access to the best PlayStation games coming in 2015, first hands-on with new content, developer interviews and panels lead by the industry’s most regarded development teams, and much more. PlayStation 20 周年纪念特别版「PlayStation 4」年底推出 限量 12300 台

　　日本亚洲索尼计算机娱乐（SCEJA）在今（3）日下午举办的「PlayStation Awards 2014」中，宣布将推出 PlayStation 20 周年纪念特别版 PlayStation 4 主机「PlayStation 4 20 周年纪念版」。

　　这款 20 周年纪念版 PS4 主机将以初代 PlayStation 的灰色配色为基础，搭配相同主题配色的 DS4 控制器、PlayStation Camera 摄影机与耳机麦克风，价格 49980 日圆（未税），全球限量 12300 台（编号刻印），日本地区自即日起至 12 月 10 日止在 Sony Store 网站开放登记抽选。

Sony's Project SkyLight lets you customize your PlayStation 4

   

Introducing Project SkyLight: Limited Edition Faceplates to Personalize Your PS4

Hello PlayStation Nation! We all love to personalize our consoles, and today, we’re kicking off a new initiative that lets you personalize your PS4 − codenamed Project SkyLight. During this early preview of the project, we’re starting out with two limited edition faceplate designs, and we plan to have even more options to choose from when the program fully launches in the future.

Starting today, you can choose from one of these Limited Edition Project SkyLight faceplates, each available for $24.99:

• The Order: 1886 – featuring a shot of the Knights from the highly anticipated third-person action title

• Little Big Planet 3 – featuring Sackboy and his new burlap gang

But hurry – we are creating these custom faceplates in very small quantities. You can purchase these initial faceplates now on the online Sony Store.

We hope you’ll enjoy these two custom faceplates. We are planning on launching new faceplate designs in the near future so check back often. We are also planning a few other fun enhancements to this personalization initiative and will have more to share soon.

问个问题，我刚买了PS4主机，一开机系统直接进入safe mode。之后不知是不是选了Restart PS4，Restar后画面就要求我Update1.75 Or Later。我就拿着USB上PSN下载2.03的update，之后是有成功Update到了，可是PS4resstart回来后又要求我Update2.03 or later，我再次吧USB插进去再选择Update with USB Storage。然后系统就一直说我的Update file不能用？能帮帮我吗？

搞定了，我直接选 'Initialize PS4'过后自动重启回来就进入设置时间和日期之类的页面了。

我上YouTube看其他人的新机第一次开机时也都直接进入设置页面，不知道为什么我的会直接近路safemode，要求我Update ver就算了，问题是我都没机会设置连接Wifi，根本就不可能用主机直接下载更新档案。

虽然觉得奇怪，但幸好解决了。
