Welcome to the Evolve Alpha! Get a Taste of 4V1

Participants must: have a PC that can run the game, have a working Steam Account, be able to support a large coordinated user test on the game, and be located in mainland North America.

All prospective participants must be willing to adhere to a strict Game Demo Participant Agreement in this survey and not discuss or disclose anything about the test.

Each participant that is selected will be contacted with further information. We’re hoping to have the participant list confirmed by July 5th, so we appreciate you acting as quickly as possible.

Finally, please sign-up on the PC you plan on using for the test and provide details of your hardware setup in the survey.

Evolve delayed to February 2015

　　《恶灵势力（Left 4 Dead）》团队Turtle Rock Studios 开发，2K Games 原定今年10 月21 日推出的PC / PS4 / Xbox One 多人对战射击动作游戏《恶灵进化（Evolve）》，日前在母公司Take-Two Interactive 的2015 年度第1 季财报中，确定将延后至2015 年2 月10 日推出。
 
　　《恶灵进化》是款融合合作与竞争双重要素的多人连线对战游戏，以遥远未来的外星球为背景，让玩家分为“猎人” 与“猎物” 两方，其中4 名玩家扮演身怀绝技的猎人，1 名玩家扮演能不断进化的怪兽，在充满着凶猛野生动物的蛮荒边境星球舞台，展开“猎杀” 与“被猎杀” 的刺激对战。在本届E3 展中获得「最佳展出游戏」在内超过50 个游戏奖项肯定。



About the new Evolve release date (February 10, 2015)

Hey all. As you know, the release date got pushed back and people are understandably feeling a little deflated and hoping for answers. We understand. Here's how it went down.

As we got closer to the October date, we were able to look at where the game was going to be, and compare that to where we all dreamed it would be. In a meeting with the top brass I described it as "painfully close."

Fortunately 2K feels the same way and is willing to put extra time into the game so that we can make our dream a reality. That's huge for us, and for the future of Evolve. We want to be proud of every aspect of the game on release day.

Hang in there. There's a lot to look forward to between now and February.

And thanks again to everyone who helped us with the Alpha test. It was a huge success! We learned so much!

Evolve ‘Big Alpha’ begins October 30

Evolve’s Big Alpha Coming Everywhere This Halloween

You’ve been asking, “When is the Big Alpha?!?” We waited until the time was right because an Alpha this big deserved to be stress-tested in a big way. Well, now we can finally tell you. This Halloween. Evolve’s treat: We’re flipping on the servers and inviting players around the world to join us.

Starting today, Xbox One players can register for priority access to the Alpha by visiting evolvegame.com/xboxonealpha. Xbox One players get a 24-hour head start and will be able to play from October 30th to November 2nd.

A limited number of PC and PlayStation 4 players are also welcome to join the hunt from October 31st and November 2nd. That’s right, after the overwhelming responses we’ve gotten from fans – and becoming the first game in history to win “Best of Show” at both this year’s E3 and Gamescom – we want to give people on every next-gen platform a chance to play. In order to join the Evolve Big Alpha on Xbox One, you’ll need to have Xbox Live Gold subscription. On PlayStation 4, you’ll need to have an active PS Plus membership.

As a special “Thank you” to everyone who’s already pre-ordered the game, you will be guaranteed a spot in the Big Alpha over the Halloween weekend if you pre-ordered through one of these participating retailers: GameStop, Amazon, Best Buy, Target and Walmart.

If you haven’t already pre-ordered, you should really consider it. Beyond guaranteeing yourself access to the Big Alpha, you’re also getting the fourth monster for free when it is ready after the game launches, and the alternate Savage Goliath skin. Participating retailers guaranteeing access to Big Alpha for those who pre-order starting today include Amazon, Best Buy, Target, and Walmart.

Evolve Alpha delayed for PS4 due to the 2.0 firmware update



Big Alpha: Important news for PS4 players

We have some unfortunate news to share with folks planning to participate in the Big Alpha test on PlayStation 4 starting today. Following the recent PS4 2.00 firmware update, we are experiencing difficulties with the Evolve Big Alpha on PlayStation 4. As a result, the test on PlayStation 4 is postponed. PlayStation and 2K are working together on a resolution.

If you’re playing in the Big Alpha test on Xbox One or PC, don’t worry, the show will go on.

We know that for many of you PS4 players this is a big letdown. We’re disappointed too, and we’re going to do our best to make up for this delay. For starters, if you’re a PS4 player affected by this delay and you also own an Xbox One or PC, you can register on one of those platforms right now using the codes below and we’ll send you an invite today so you can start playing.
