Introduction

CyberConnect2 celebrated its 20th anniversary on February 16th 2016. For this occasion, in the aim to enforce our development structure and acquire human resources on the global market, we have decided to open a new studio in Montreal, Canada.

With its studios in Fukuoka and Tokyo in Japan, CyberConnect2 Co., Ltd, has developed more than 30 video games software titles, 7 games　for smartphone, planned and produced 2 animation long feature films. Most of these games have been delivered through our clients to users’ hands from all around the world. Our company has also built a reputation and appreciated as a high quality video game development studio in the industry outside of Japan.

Based on these achievements, and in the goal to enforce our development structure and to acquire a global human resource, we have decided to settle our first overseas development studio in Montreal. With this establishment, we hope we will push ahead our services to provide a greater entertainment experience beyond our users’ expectations.

Message

As CyberConenct2 Celebrates its 20th anniversary, to make sure to compete further in this world market, we need to find our “Western Samurai”. We already have some foreign staff in our studios in Fukuoka and Tokyo, but we can’t stay and wait them to come in Japan. There must be many creatives who want to develop with the Japanese touch. We would like to find these talents in Montreal, Quebec, a city where creators from all over the world come and where public institutions support the industry initiatives. Following to Fukuoka and Tokyo, this is our third battleground. Without a doubt, CyberConnect2 way to create is going to change.

Pac-Man 256 Coming to PS4, Xbox One & PC on June 21
《吃豆人256》六月登陆主机平台 支持多人合作

　　Bandai Namco Entertainment宣布将于2016年6月21日推出《吃豆人》系列最新作《吃豆人256》，届时将登陆PS4、Xbox One和PC三个平台。

　　在这款游戏中，玩家除了要躲开追捕的鬼魂吃掉所有的豆子之外，还要躲避步步逼近的“数字潮”。如果吃豆人离“数字潮”太近的话，会被直接吞噬。与传统的《吃豆人》相比，本作玩起来更加刺激。此外，《吃豆人256》支持最多四名玩家合作通关，十分有趣。

　　《吃豆人256》最早在2015年登陆手机平台，该作品的名字来自于经典《吃豆人》中的第256关。在这个关卡中，地图的右侧直接变成了乱码，从而无法通关，而这些乱码正是《吃豆人256》中“数字潮”的灵感来源。如果你对《吃豆人》这类游戏感兴趣的话，本作绝对不容错过。

   

Pac-Man 256 Coming to Consoles and PC

The yellow 80’s icon with a voracious appetite celebrates his 36th anniversary with the announcement that the highly acclaimed Pac-Man 256 mobile game is now coming to home console and PC systems. Developed by Hipster Whale and 3 Sprockets, Pac-Man 256 will be available digitally for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC via Steam on 21st June.

Pac-Man 256 will allow players to experience the award winning mobile game on console with new features exclusive to the console versions. In addition to the social sharing options and 10 unlockable themes, you’ll be able to play with up to 4 friends via the local co-op multiplayer mode. Players will have to work together to eat all Pac-Dots & Power Pellets, and overcome the notorious ghost ensemble of Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde. And of course the infamous “256 Glitch” from the mobile version is back alongside a host of crazy power-ups.

“We have really enjoyed working with Bandai Namco Entertainment and Hipster Whale on Pac-Man 256 for mobile, and having the opportunity to ship it on the latest generation of consoles and PC is the icing on the cake for us! We can’t wait to see how much fun players have with it” says Seon Rozenblum, Director at 3 Sprockets.

Fans will not have to wait long as Pac-Man 256 will be available on 21st June for PlayStation 4 via the PlayStation Network, Xbox One via the Xbox Games Store and PC through Steam.

Dragon Ball Fusions Full-Length Trailer ~ 3DS

   

Bandai Namco has released the first full-length trailer for Dragon Ball Fusions.

The Ganbarion-developed 3DS RPG lets players create Dragon Ball character fusions never before seen in the series.

The game was recently dated for a Japanese launch on August 4.

《失落的掠夺者》新PV影像 介绍2.0版新内容

　　《失落的掠夺者》（Lost Reavers）是一款由Bandai Namco推出的WiiU平台在线合作游戏，游戏的2.0版更新此前已经于2016年6月1日开始配信。日前官方公开了本作的最新宣传PV，主要展示了2.0版更新追加的新关卡“妖魔城”，而在2.0更新中官方会追加大量的新服装、新武器以及其他各种道具，新敌人和新BOSS也会登场。此外在这段PV中官方还介绍了特殊任务“防卫战”，在防卫战中我那家门需要从迫近的敌人手中保护好宝物，如果获得成功的话可以获得大量的报酬。

　　本作是一款基本免费道具课金制作品，本作支持1-4人游玩。本作此前已经于2016年12月2日开始配信，而之后官方也不断推出多种活动。
