i think you just don't purposely over pronounce ur "R" in any word
for example: leaRn
then will be okay

1f course it will be more approachable for those who stay at malaysia
2:I used to added it on my normal conservation,because singaporean use it too,somemore these words was our culture
3:talk more,hear more,read more
