The New Characters and Places in Gravity Rush 2

Hello once again Gravity Rush fans! We’re back to give you another taste of what’s in store for Gravity Rush 2, so read on to find out about some of the interesting people and places Kat will encounter in her new adventure!

Following the events of the original Gravity Rush, Kat and her friend Syd find themselves caught in a gravity anomaly and transported far away from the peaceful town of Hekseville and into the mining settlement of Banga.

Banga’s a mobile town – an odd mixture of residencies and boats that are home to miners and their families who make their living collecting gravity ore from the floating reef area below. Under the strict command of their leader Lisa, they regularly dock at other ports in order to stock up on supplies and conduct business.

Powerless without Dusty by her side, Kat and Syd begin working to earn their keep in Banga, and meet a host of interesting characters that will set a new adventure into motion.

Lisa is the strong and short-tempered leader of the Banga Settlement. Ever the realist, she inspires both fear and respect in the villagers but always prioritizes the safety of the settlement.

Vogo is a merchant, and head of “Sun Shipping.” He regularly does business with a variety of clients, and is rumored to be involved with the illegal buying and selling of military supplies. His plans for Banga are less than noble.





Cecie is a quiet and reserved girl who works as a herder within Banga. As Lisa’s adopted daughter, Cecie is usually on the receiving end of her mother’s strict teachings. When she runs away from home, Kat is asked to track her down.

Fi is Vogo’s bodyguard and close aide. His quiet and cold demeanor is accompanied by a proficiency in martial arts, and he regularly intimidates those who resist Vogo’s demands.

Misai is the top miner in Banga, and one of Kat’s biggest critics. His stubbornness leads him into dangerous mining missions in order to prove his worth.







In case there was any doubt, Gravity Rush 2 retains the beautiful open world structure and gorgeous comic-book presentation that fans fell in love with in the previous game. A wealth of story missions and challenge missions (over 50!) are marked by icons on the map, and completing them will reward players with various types of rewards.

As a final glimpse of things to come, let’s take a look at one final new location: The Rift Plane.

A fordbidden land with a wealth of high quality ore, Kat will encounter a number of new Nevi, (or “scarabs” as the Banga Settlers call them) as she makes her way across the Rift Plane. Giant Stone tablets will provide clues on how to proceed, and successfully satisfying their conditions will lead Kat to mysterious new rewards…

Remember to preorder Gravity Rush 2 at participating retailers or the PlayStation Store for bonus content, and get ready to rush when the game launches December 2nd.

《重力异想世界完结篇》曝光新宣传影片 揭露更多场景与主角凯特的故事

　　索尼互动娱乐（SIE）日本工作室今（15）日释出《重力异想世界完结篇（Gravity Rush 2）》TGS 新宣传影片，展示游戏中场景与动画片段。

　　《重力异想世界完结篇》是《重力异想世界》的续篇，游戏中玩家将再次扮演能自由操控重力的主角少女凯特（Kat），运用低重力高敏捷性的「月面风格（Lunar Style）」与高重力高攻击力的「木星风格（Jupiter Stype）」在神秘的异世界展开冒险。

　　官方今日释出新宣传影片，玩家可以看到更多游戏场景，以及凯特、和她所遇到的有趣角色的故事。

　　《重力异想世界完结篇》预定 2016 年 11 月 30 日上市。

《重力异想世界完结篇》将于日本 PS Store 展开 TGS 体验版限时下载活动

　　日本 PlayStation 官方部落格宣布，预定 12 月 1 日推出的 PS4 动作冒险游戏《重力异想世界完结篇（Gravity Rush 2）》，将自即日起 5 天内在日本 PlayStation Store 释出日前在东京电玩展 PlayStation 摊位现场开放试玩的 TGS 体验版，让 PlayStation Plus 会员玩家也能在家体验。

　　《重力异想世界完结篇》是《重力异想世界》的续篇，游戏中玩家将再次扮演能自由操控重力的主角少女凯特，展开新的冒险。 故事叙述前作故事完结后，凯特与同样是重力操控使的搭档拉文以及警官席得一起调查发生在黑奇萨威的异常重力波，却遇到前所未有的巨大重力暴风来袭，三人被重力暴风吞噬而来到采矿村。 和达斯缇分开，失去操控重力能力的凯特，只能和席得相依为命，一起在矿场采矿。 然而，两人马上面临了潜伏在暴风附近的危险黑虫－新品种奈必的威胁...

　　《重力异想世界完结篇》活用 PS4 效能，大幅提升画面细致度与环境物理效果，玩家将能运用低重力高敏捷性的「月面风格」与高重力高攻击力的「木星风格」这两种全新型态的能力，在神秘的异世界展开冒险，体验魄力十足的头目战斗，还能与人工智能伙伴搭档进行双人组队战斗。

　　本次开放下载游玩的 TGS 体验版将从 9 月 21 日开放至 9 月 25 日（※），为日本 PS Store 与日本 PS Plus 会员独享。 此外，前作的 PS4 重制版《重力异想世界 Remastered》目前正在日本与台湾 PS Store 开放 PS Plus 会员免费下载游玩，有兴趣但还没接触过的玩家不妨把握机会。

　　索尼互动娱乐日本亚洲（SIEJA）宣布，由旗下环球工作室日本工作室制作、原定11 月30 日同步推出繁体中文版的PS4 动作冒险游戏《重力异想世界完结篇（Gravity Rush 2）》，将延后至2017 年1 月18 日发售，主要原因是为了完善网路连线服务以及达成全球同步上市的目标。

　　《重力异想世界完结篇》是《重力异想世界》的续篇，游戏中玩家将再次扮演能自由操控重力的主角少女凯特（Kat），运用低重力高敏捷性的「月面模式（Lunar Style ）」与高重力高攻击力的「木星模式（Jupiter Stype）」在神秘的异世界展开冒险。游戏活用 PS4 效能，大幅提升画面细致度与环境物理效果，提供魄力十足的头目战斗，还能与人工智慧伙伴搭档进行双人组队战斗。

　　游戏总监外山圭一郎在延期启事中表示，由于目前公司内外的状况与先前决定发售日期时有所变化，为了让玩家能更仔细品味这次的完结篇，以及为了进一步完善非同步线上互动功能，再加上希望能让全球玩家在同一时间体验游戏，因此决定将发售日期延后至2017 年1 月18 日。

　　外山圭一郎对本次延期郑重致歉，同时宣布将免费提供原本预定付费下载的 DLC 作为补偿，该 DLC 是以本篇以外的另一章故事为定位所制作，份量与内容都相当丰富。此外，官方还会在年底陆续公布特别制作动画的最新消息，以及举办各种宣传活动，恳请玩家不吝给予支持指教。





Gravity Rush 2 Update

In July, we announced a release date for Gravity Rush 2 that we felt most appropriate for the title. Since then, though production is proceeding smoothly, the landscape for that release date has changed dramatically.

Gravity Rush 2 is the conclusion of Kat’s journey, so we want players to have enough time to dive deep into her story. In addition, as a lot of work went into online features that allow for asynchronous player interaction, we want as many people as possible playing the title at the same time. Thus, after careful deliberation, we have decided to change the release date. Gravity Rush 2 will now launch on January 20, 2017 (January 18 in Europe and January 19 in Japan).

I would like to apologize to all those players anxiously awaiting Gravity Rush 2. After four years of development making a title we are very proud of, we want to release it at the very best time.

In exchange for the longer wait, we have decided to release the premium DLC planned for the title free of charge. This additional story will take place in the world of Gravity Rush 2 and we think fans will have a lot of fun playing through it.

As we move into the holiday season and the New Year, we have many more exciting things in store, including more information about the title and the special animated feature. Please keep an eye out for more on Gravity Rush 2, and thank you again for all your support.

《重力异想世界完结篇》杂志情报 凯特制服诱惑上阵

　　本期的周刊FAMI通公布了索尼预计于2017 年1 月 19 日发售的《重力异想世界完结篇》的最新情报。情报中展示了一个新的游戏地图——亡灵都市，这一个是巨大重力机关暴走的异次元世界的漂浮都市，制作的相当精致。

　　本次的情报中还展示了五种可供选择的角色服装，在游戏中总共有10种以上的服装可供选择，玩家再也不担心太过单调啦!

　　在本作中，追加了“重力特性”系统，主角获得了更加丰富的能力，比如在月球形态下可以产生重力漩涡攻击敌人，木星模式下可以释放碎片炸弹，伤害非常爆炸，提升重力从天而降的重力冲击波也是非常给力的技能。

《重力异想世界完结篇》正式完工进厂压盘

　　原本计划是在今年 11 月 30 号正式发售《重力异想世界完结篇》曾宣布跳票至明年1月20号发售。今天制作人外山圭一郎在Twitter上发文，表示游戏已经正式开发完成，准备进厂压盘。

　　外山称由于跳票所赢得的时间，开发团队得以将游戏进一步完善，特别的动画内容已经加入，游戏已经全面开发完成。《重力异想世界完结篇》将于明年1月19日上市，PS4平台独占。

Gravity Rush 2 Free DLC 'The Ark of Time – Raven’s Choice' Launches in March 2017
《重力异想世界完结篇》免费 DLC 宣传片

　　在年度玩家活动「PlayStation Experience 2016」开幕主题发表会中《重力异想世界完结篇（Gravity Rush 2）》公布了一个免费 DLC “时间方舟：瑞雯之抉择（The Ark of Time: Raven’s Choice）”的宣传片，这则DLC将于2017 年 3 月上架玩家可以免费更新下载。

　　在这个DLC 中，玩家可以操控瑞雯（乌鸦女Raven）并且使用她的各式能力，《重力异想世界完结篇》将于明年1月19日上市，PS4平台独占。

   

Sony Interactive Entertainment revealed “Gravity Rush 2 Another Story: The Ark of Time – Raven’s Choice,” downloadable content fro Gravity Rush 2 launching free of charge in March 2017.

The content features a brand new story that focuses on Kat’s partner, Raven. Alone, Raven must battle to save the Lost Children who were left trapped inside the Ark at the end of the first Gravity Rush.

Gravity Rush 2 is due out PlayStation 4 on January 18 in Europe, January 19 in Japan, and January 20 in the Americas and United Kingdom.

Gravity Rush The Animation: Overture teaser trailer

Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia has released the official teaser trailer for Gravity Rush The Animation: Overture, the 15- to 20-minute Studio Khara-produced anime that bridges the gap between Gravity Rush and Gravity Rush 2.

The anime will premiere on TV Tokyo in Japan on December 26 at 1:05 a.m. JST. The anime will also premiere in western territories prior to the launch of Gravity Rush 2, but a release method has not been announced. In Japan, a Blu-ray disc containing the anime is also included with the first-print limited edition of Gravity Rush 2.

Gravity Rush 2 is due out PlayStation 4 on January 18 in Europe, January 19 in Japan, and January 20 in the Americas and United Kingdom.

   

《Gravity Daze》二代前传剧情全3D动画12月25日放映决定

　　据日本 SIEJA 官方宣布表示，为庆祝官方期待动作新作《Gravity Daze 2》（GRAVITY DAZE 2／重力的眩晕完结编：上层への帰还の果て，彼女の内宇宙に収敛した选択）即将于 2017 年 1 月 19 日在 PS4 主机上发售推出，官方将预定于 12 月 25 日抢先在日本地上波电视频道（也就是日本无线电视台）正式播映本作最新特别动画《 Gravity Daze The Animation ～Ouverture～》让玩家们欣赏！ 附带一提，本动画除了日本无线电视台之外，之后也将会预定在其他电视台频道推出上映。

　　《Gravity Daze 重力异想世界》为日本 SCE Japan Studio 所开发的人气动作游戏，游戏故事以一座面临重力风暴危机来袭的空中都市作为舞台，玩家们们在游戏中将扮演女主角「重力姬凯特」（グラビティ・キトゥン），并与同样身为重力姬的「重力姬拉文」（グラビティ・クロウ）等伙伴一起解决都市危机，展开各式各样的冒险！ 而在这次的动画版方面，动画版为即将在明年年初上市的二代的前传，故事将会以一代阻止前市长新兵器暴走失控事件结束后到二代开始前的这段时间做为背景，并将由之前曾经制作《新世纪福音战士剧场版》等人气动画电影的日本知名影像动画制作公司 Khara 负责制作，并在动画中重现原作游戏版备受好评的各式各样重力动作与立体空间演出，让玩家们可以透过这部全 3D 动画卡通来享受《Gravity Daze 重力异想世界》系列的独特魅力！

　　附带一提，据官方表示，目前《Gravity Daze The Animation ～Ouverture～》预定将于日本时间 12 月 25 日 25:05（台湾时间 24:05）在日本东京电视台特别节目「我的人生中这部动画占有一席之地～日本创造的重力～」（オレの人生にこのアニメあり ～日本のクリエイティブの重力～）中进行首次公开， 而且在节目中除了将会首度释出这段特别动画之外，还将会邀请日本人气艺人「金子ノブアキ」（金子统昭）、搞笑艺人「有野晋哉」一起带领观众们潜入 Khara 公司一睹动画版的制作开发花絮，有兴趣的玩家们可别错过！

Gravity Rush 2 Demo Releasing Tomorrow

   

An early Christmas gift: Gravity Rush 2 demo launches tomorrow

Greetings and Happy Holidays Gravity Rush fans! We’re less than one month away from the release of Gravity Rush 2, and I’m thrilled to bring you an update on some of the high-falling action that’s headed your way before launch.

First and foremost, we have an original anime production ‘Gravity Rush Overture’ created by the famed anime studio Studio Khara that bridges the gap in story that takes place between Gravity Rush and Gravity Rush 2. I’m happy to announce that the anime will be available for all to see on our PlayStation YouTube Channel on 26th December from 4pm. Please take a look at the teaser above for a quick glimpse of what’s to come.







Last but certainly not least, we wanted to leave you with a special surprise leading into the holidays. Our PlayStation fans have been itching to get a taste of Kat’s new adventure before the New Year, so I’m happy to announce that the Gravity Rush 2 Demo will be available to download on PlayStation Store tomorrow, 22nd December from 6pm GMT.

There are two paths through this demo – one for those who are new to Gravity Rush, and another for those that are more familiar with Kat’s powers – so no matter your level of gravity-defying experience please be sure to give it a shot!
