RPG Maker Fes coming west this summer

   

NIS America is bringing RPG Maker Fes for 3DS to North America and Europe this summer both physically and digital, the company announced at its 2017 press event. It will support English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish text.

A limited edition is available for pre-order via the NIS America Store for $49.99, and includes a copy of the game, 36-page softcover art book, one-disc original soundtrack, and collector’s box.

The game, first launched in Japan on November 24, 2016, allows players to make their own RPGs using a wealth of pre-made assets and share them with other users. A free RPG Maker Fes Player application to be released on the Nintendo eShop will allow all users to browse and download the creations of users who own RPG Maker Fes.

Touhou Kobuto V coming west this summer

NIS America is bringing Touhou Project game Touhou Kobuto V: Burst Battle physically and digitally to PlayStation 4 and digitally to PS Vita in North America and Europe this summer, the company announced at its 2017 press event.

A PlayStation 4 limited edition is available for pre-order via the NIS America Store for $49.99, and includes a copy of the game, hardcover art book, one-disc original soundtrack, set of nine magnets, and collector’s box with new, exclusive art.

Originally launched as a digital-only title in Japan on November 2, 2016, Touhou Kobuto V is one-on-one 3D fighting action game where players battle it out in 3D spaces, hitting opponents with barrages of bullets and melee attacks to achieve victory. In addition to versatile controls based on button combinations, linked attacks born through “Cancels” will provide even greater variety.

NIS America is bringing Tokyo Tattoo Girls from developer Sushi Typhoon to PS Vita and PC via Steam in North America and Europe this summer, the company announced at its 2017 press event. The company did not mention whether or not it will be released physically.

After a calamity befalls Tokyo, some of the city’s survivors find themselves with powerful abilities bestowed on them by colorful tattoos. Culdcept Revolt coming west this summer

NIS America is bringing Culdcept Revolt to 3DS in North America and Europe both physically and digitally this summer, the company announced at its 2017 press event.

The Omiyasoft-developed card-collecting game was released by Nintendo on July 6, 2016 in Japan, and offers familiar board-game mechanics with “extensive depth and strategies,” over 400 unique cards, and multiple deck-building strategies.

Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness will launch for PC via Steam on April 27, NIS America announced at its 2017 press event.

In the new future, everyone’s mental state and disposition can now be quantified.

Everything from emotional tendencies to criminal behavior are recorded and utilized as a guideline to lead everyone to the good life: not only pursuing happiness, but attaining it. Needless to say, the public was excited to begin quantifying their everyday lives. The general term for this value, which determines the morality of an individual’s heart and soul, is commonly known as the Psycho-Pass.

One component of this value is the Crime Coefficient, which is ultimately a number that represents an individual’s potential to commit crime. In order to combat those who attempt to disrupt the status quo, detectives work in tandem to maintain peace and order, composed of Enforcers and Inspectors. The former is tasked with apprehending suspects, while the latter oversees and commands their subordinate colleagues. After all, Enforcers possess high Crime Coefficients. However, because of their criminal nature, they can better understand what makes other criminals tick, allowing them to sniff out suspects and arrest the true perpetrators. But because of their criminal background, Inspectors are needed to provide a calm and sound judgement to each case. Ultimately, all members of the MWPSB have to walk a fine line, maintaining their own mental health while facing the worst that society has to offer.

With justice in their hearts, the detectives of Division 1 tackle each case, confronting humanity’s ugly truths.

Tokyo Xanadu will launch for PS Vita on June 30, Aksys Games announced.

The company did not clarify whether the release date applies to Europe, as well as America. Though the title was announced for release in both regions.

An enhanced version of the RPG, Tokyo Xanadu eX+, will launch for PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam this fall.

　　Idea Factory今日宣布，旗下RPG游戏《超次元海王星VS世嘉少女(Hyperdimension Neptunia VS Sega Hard Girls)》将于今年夏天通过Steam登陆PC平台！

　　《超次元海王星vs世嘉少女》最初是在PS Vita上发售的，游戏讲述了主角Iffy驾驶Neptune所变成的摩托车进行时空旅行，去恢复大图书馆所遗失的历史。PC版本的游戏将会提升至1080P的画面。此外，玩家在探索冒险的时候，将会发现很多完全不同于系列以往游戏的改进内容，在迷宫探索中，玩家可以攀爬、冲刺和爬行。

One of the features of the game is the "Challenge Mode" where you are given a set amount of years and special conditions to accomplish a challenging task, like creating and capturing a plesiosaurus or the infamous tyrannosaurus rex.







In Birthdays the Beginning, you accumulate dozens of items throughout the game to alter the topography, temperature, and moisture - but one of the more interesting items is the Mysterious Glass Jar. This item saves the genetic information of an organism and let's you decide when and where to convert it back into an organism. What will happen when you force a creature into a habitat it's not accustomed to?









With almost 300 unique creatures to capture, you will find yourself constantly reshaping your world and creating new environments and conditions for life, even if it means eliminating an entire species to do so.

Birthdays the Beginning will arrive on the PS4 on May 9, 2017 in North America and May 12, 2017 in Europe. The game will also be available digitally on Steam (Windows) on May 9, 2017. All versions of the game will contain in-game text in English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish.
