THQ Nordic bringing ReCore: Definitive Edition, Super Lucky’s Tale, and other Microsoft titles to Steam

      THQ Nordic 与微软宣布部分 Win 10 独占游戏将登陆 Steam 平台，目前已确定的5款游戏包括《核心重铸 终极版》、《超级幸运狐》、《迪士尼乐园大冒险》、《迪士尼皮克斯大冒险》、《动物园大亨：终极动物合集》，以上作品的Steam商品页面已经开放，并且这些游戏均将在9月15日解锁。



THQ Nordic has signed a distribution deal with Microsoft to bring several of its PC titles to Steam and physical retailers.

The following titles are planned for release:

• Disneyland Adventures
• ReCore: Definitive Edition
• Rush: A Disney-Pixar Adventure
• Super Lucky’s Tale
• Zoo Tycoon: Ultimate Animal Collection

Release dates were not announced.

This announcement was planned to be made at Gamescom 2018 this week, but was posted ahead of embargo by Worthplaying. Gematsu also discovered THQ Nordic’s web page for ReCore: Definitive Edition.

Desperados III announced for PS4, Xbox One, and PC

　　暌违多年，游戏厂商 THQ Nordic 今（21）日宣布系列续作《王牌威龙 3（DESPERADOS III）》消息，预定 2019 年登陆 PC、PS4、Xbox One 平台。

　　由《暗影战略：将军之刃》德国游戏开发工作室 Mimimi Games 制作的《王牌威龙 3》是开发商 Spellbound 旗下《王牌威龙》系列续作，游戏结合了实时战略、策略和动作三种要素，画面呈现出浓厚的西部牛仔风格，玩家可以在各 种美西场景中展开战斗。

　　据了解，玩家将控制五个角色，并在赏金猎人「约翰库柏（John Cooper）」领导下、以各种方式完成各式任务。 在今日公开的首部宣传影片中，玩家将可以看到各种解决敌人的方式。

Publisher THQ Nordic and developer Mimimi Productions have announced Desperados III for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It will launch in 2019.

Here is an overview of the game, via THQ Nordic:

The Wild West. A place where the law is made by those with a gun in their hands, and is enforced by the henchmen at their command. A place where death is no stranger and the undertakers are working overtime… especially when people start playing Desperados III.

This real-time tactics game, developed by German game studio Mimimi (who earned their spurs with the critically acclaimed title Shadow Tactics: Blades Of The Shogun), lets players command a band of Desperados led by fan-favourite gunslinger John Cooper, who’s hunting down his nemesis.

Heavily inspired by the first game of the franchise, Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive, Desperados III will allow the player to approach each mission with a wide variety of different solutions and routes. As the player’s gang will always be outnumbered, only smart use of both the environment and each Desperado’s unique character skills will guarantee a victorious outcome.

Scarf is a 3D Adventure game, where protagonist Hyke must use his polymorphic scarf to explore a magical environment, solve mysterious puzzles and overcome difficult challenges. Hyke’s scarf morphs into different objects which will help to progress the adventure. Hyke was born in an unknown place, surrounded by other souls. All of them will start a path through the World with the main goal being to meld with it and become part of nature.

Biomutant delayed to summer 2019



THQ Nordic has delayed Biomutant from its previously planned 2018 release window to summer 2019. It will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

A reason for the delay was not announced.

THQ Nordic acquires Kingdoms of Amalur
经典有望复活 THQ Nordic收购《阿玛拉王国》IP

　　2012年发售的经典动作RPG游戏《阿玛拉王国：惩罚（Kingdoms of Amalur:Reckoning）》，在之前由于开发商38 Studios陷入了财务和法律问题，而被无限期搁置。而在昨晚，发行商THQ Nordic宣布，他们已经从38 Studios手中完成对《阿玛拉王国》这个IP的收购。虽然THQ Nordic在公告并没有提及游戏之后的开发计划，但显然THQ Nordic此举是有意复活这个IP。

　　另外，此次收购的项目还涉及了一个曾经被遗弃的设定在《阿玛拉王国》世界观下的MMOPRG游戏“Copernicus”。具体《阿玛拉王国》这款游戏将在之后将有怎样的发展，我们也将持续关注。

　　《阿玛拉王国：惩罚》作为系列的首部游戏，曾经由《上古卷轴4：湮灭》的主设计师Ken Rolston参与制作，因此这款动作RPG游戏在职业扮演系统等方面也非常有《上古卷轴》系列的影子。

The deal also covered the acquisition of the Amalur based on the abandoned MMORPG project “Copernicus.”

《阿玛拉王国：惩罚》重制版需要EA的同意 THQ Nordic回应

　　在近期完成对《阿玛拉王国》IP的收购之后，发行商THQ Nordic就收到了大量关于，游戏初代《阿玛拉王国：惩罚（Kingdoms of Amalur:Reckoning）》是否会有重制版、重做版或是移植到最新主机平台上等问题。针对此，THQ Nordic向外媒Eurogamer做出回应，表示初代的发行权目前还在EA的手中，游戏的重制首先需要得到EA的许可，而对于游戏原开发商38 Studios与EA在初代作品上达成的协议，THQ Nordic未予以置评。

　　“EA现在依然有《惩罚》的发行权，”THQ Nordic在回复给外媒Eurogamer的邮件中表示。“……现在，我们只是收购了游戏的IP……我们只能在有充足的信心和充分熟悉这个系列之后，才会讨论相关问题。”

　　我们知道，THQ Nordic基本上收购了当时THQ破产之后的大部分游戏IP，其中就有《暗黑血统》系列，并在之前重制推出过《暗黑血统2：终极版》。而同时在今年年初，THQ Nordic又以1.21亿欧元将Koch Media/Deep Silver纳入旗下，这其中涉及了《黑道圣徒》IP、《地铁：离去》的发行权以及《死亡岛2》等众多游戏。

　　显然THQ Nordic现在已经具备了十足的野心，至于在《阿玛拉王国》这个系列上，其又将做出怎样的处理，我们也将密切关注。
