沙茶醬燜鴨(Stewed Duck in Barbeque Sauce)
材料A:
鴨......半只(切塊)
清水......600毫升
材料B:
沙茶醬......2湯匙
小蔥頭......5粒(剁成茸)
蒜頭......5粒(剁成茸)
調味料:
醬油......1湯匙
薑片......10片
松茸精......1茶匙
鹽......1/2 茶匙
烹飪過程:
01. 將鴨塊洗淨、抹干水份後,待用。
02. 熱鍋,加入3湯匙的食油,待熱後,用中火略炒加入薑片,再加入蔥茸拌炒,最後加入蒜茸炒至香;接著倒入鴨塊及沙茶醬,炒至香,之後加入清水及所有的調味料,拌均後,上蓋,繼續煮至滾。
03. 待滾後,轉小火再燜煮40分鐘,至鴨肉鬆軟即可,盛起上桌。

2 tbsps barbeque sauce
5 onions, crushed
5 garlic, crushed
Seasoning :
1 tbsp soy sauce
10 slices ginger
1 tsp Agaricus Blazei Murill extract powder * refer to helpful hints
1/2 tsp salt
Method :
0 1. Clean the duck pieces and wipe them dry. Leave aside.
02. Heat 3 tbsps of oil in a wok, stir in ginger slices over medium heat, then add crushed onions and crushed garlic, saut? until
fragrant. Put in the duck pieces and barbeque sauce, saute until fragrant, add water and all seasonings. Mix well, cover
with a lid, stew until it boils.
03. When the gravy boils, reduce heat to low and stew for 40 minutes until the duck is tender, then serve. |
