Any suggestion to improve ?

increase your english level by reading, watching and speaking
try to listen carefully to those english dramas/movies without looking at the subtitles.
speak with anyone around you who're really good in english.

Identify your problems. Find a solution. Double up your efforts.

If you're having problems in Grammar, then fix your Grammar.
Then you shall search for the meaning of words that you don't know in order to improve your vocabulary.
If your pronunciation is not good enough in speaking, speak English more often.

认识多一点生字应该不错，我读文章的时候
遇到不明白的字还有词，我就抄下来
然后找意思还有造句
