* A degree in Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Artificial Intelligence with a strong IT-influenced background
* Strong software development background using Java, C++ or similar object-oriented platforms
* A flair for solving complex logical puzzles
* Strong English Communication skills
* A passion for visionary Advanced Planning & Scheduling solutions and algorithms
