We are hiring ( Full time & Part time) Quantity Surveyor with the following requirements:
* Minimum Diploma In Quantity Surveying/Building Surveying or Equivalents
* At least 1-2 years working experience and more. FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply
* Possess driving license or motorcycle license and able to travel to site when required
* Familiar with: Microsoft Office, Able to Write and Speak fluent language on Chinese , Bahasa Melayu & English.
* Able to take off quantity from drawings and plans, site measurement, etc.
* Knowledge on Valuation and Progress Payment.
* Knowledge on Preparation of Final Account.
* Knowledge on Preparation of Bills of Quantities. (added advantage)
* Knowledge on Preparation of Preliminary Cost Appraisal / Cost Plan. (added advantage)
* Knowledge on Preparation of Variation Order. (added advantage)
* With working experience which more then 1 or 2 years
* Hardworking and Self Motivated
* Able to complete task given in the time given
* Good Working Attitudes |
