职位1：英国风俗文化讲解员（学生夏/冬令营）
性质：Part-time
工作简介：负责在小学、中学夏/冬令营中负责讲解英国文化、风俗习惯、风土人情等，工作形式为随团游览各个景点，在大巴上完成讲解；该职位与纯粹的导游有所不同，讲解的内容多为深度的英国历史文化知识，并要求与所游览的景点相联系，而不仅仅要求像导游一样讲解景点内容
要求：1. 有英国文化习俗等专业背景知识
             2. 具备专业的中文解说能力
             3. 有授课经历 、教学经验者优先
             4.  耐心、擅长与学生交流者优先
             5. 有团队（学生团队）讲解经验者优先

职位2 : Chinese-Speaking Tour Guide

•        Job Description
This is a highly rewarding position with the opportunity to work with great clientele. Tour guides interact with visitors from China Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore etc., providing individual walking tours or working alongside a driver in a private vehicle, minibus or coach to show main and lesser-known sights in UK to individuals, couples and families, as well as larger groups.
•        Key Responsibilities
1.        To undertake regular tours and inform customers of the history and interesting facts relating to sights in the itinerary as well as general UK’s culture.
2.        To ensure that the tours cover all the necessary aspects and areas in the itinerary
3.        To carry out the tour in accordance with the Company’s procedures using the script provided as a guideline and answering questions in line with Company policy.
4.        To play a role in the active promotion of UUCL holiday and events business and its various facilities

1.        Familiar with main sights in the UK
2.        Excellent interpersonal skills
3.        Demonstrate customer service experience within customer focused environments
4.        Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with attention to detail and the ability
5.        To deal with a wide range of clients at all levels
6.        High standards of personal presentation and hardworking attitude
7.        Excellent team building skills and experience in relationship development
8.        Self-motivation, enthusiasm and proven ability to manage under pressure
9.        Exhibit pride in performance and possess high standards in the provision of service to UUCL’s customers
10.        Identify and meet the needs of our customers, focusing on initiating and welcoming contact and communication whilst striving to deliver first class customer service.
11.        Recognise potential complaint situations and make effective steps to avoid and / or resolve these situations.
