have a Savings or Current Account or a Credit/ Debit Card with Public Bank
Berhad. Registration for joint accounts should be done at our branch.

如果要''开''网上转账要去PBB交表格的…要手机号的。你现开了只能查余额吧了

因为我也是不懂，直接写邮件问他们复的～
