Ar Nosurge: Ode to an Unborn Star Coming to North America September 23

Ar nosurge Announcement! September 23rd!

Koei Tecmo America today announced that the turn-based ‘7 dimension’ RPG Ar Nosurge: Ode to an Unborn Star will launch in North America on September 23, 2014 for the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system. The company also confirmed that the title will be part of their line-up at Anime Expo (July 3 – 6, 2014), along with Atelier Rorona Plus: The Alchemist Of Arland and upcoming titles Samurai Warriors 4 and Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate. Cosplayers dressed in Koei and Tecmo characters are invited to stop by the booth for entry into a daily raffle. Koei Tecmo America will be located at booth 1521, 1523.

Ar nosurge is a Fantasy, Sci-fi, ‘7 Dimension’ RPG, that takes place in a world where music and song can create magic. It tells the compelling story of a civilization that lost their planet and has been roaming the edge of space for 2000 years in search of a new home.
In Ar Nosurge: Ode to an Unborn Star, the player follows two sets of characters: Delta and Casty, whose goal is to protect humanity and save the world, and Ion & Earthes, who are trying to find Ion a way home to Earth. The player can interchange between both pairs and soon discover a way to combine their storylines and strengths to eventually solve the mystery that shrouds their ongoing struggle.
Developed by Gust, Ar Nosurge: Ode to an Unborn Star is an intricately deep turn-based RPG and includes a detailed synthesis system for players to create their own items.

A unique character development system focuses more on the bonds and relationships between the main characters than their success in missions and battles, with the player’s party growing stronger if the characters have a closer relationship.

Additionally, character pairs fight together during battles in Ar Nosurge: Ode to an Unborn Star. One is always the first line of defense, attacking enemies in melee with knives and swords while protecting the other, who is weaving a song to fend off enemies. The longer the song lasts the more damage it creates— not only to enemies visible on screen, but to ones that are in line to attack.

Ar Nosurge: Ode to an Unborn Star is developed by Gust and published in North America by Koei Tecmo America. Ar Nosurge: Ode to an Unborn Star will launch for the PlayStation 3 in North America on September 23, 2014 and will be available for $49.99 at participating retailers and through the PlayStation Store.

　　GUST预定于10月2日发售的PSV角色扮演游戏《星空的浪潮PLUS》在本周的杂志中公开了PSV版中三名新的可以进行“禊”的角色的禊服装。因为禊必须进行沐浴净身，所以角色们只能身穿露出度比较高的泳装，这也是本作的重要福利之一。本作中三名新增禊角色为妮萝、修蕾莉亚和萨莉。

Ar Nosurge: Ode to an Unborn Star new assets released

Koei Tecmo Europe released today a new set of assets for upcoming sci-fi, ‘7 dimension’ RPG title Ar Nosurge: Ode to an Unborn Star, which will be available from retailers across Europe on the 26th September 2014 for the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system.

The new screens delve deeper into the mysterious world of Ar Nosurge and present some of the beautiful stages where the story with unfold. Busy city streets, cosy restaurants, underwater labs, and otherworldly rural locals, are only a few of the first images that the player will be introduced to only a few hours into the game.
Additionally, there is an array of new images of the characters whose stories the game follows. These include the two player-controlled characters: Delta, a young man who came through the barrier of Felion and protected humans from attacks as part of the Special Forces team , and Earthes, a strange combat robot who helps Ion with her quest.

They also include the two heroines, Ion and Casty, who have the ability to create magic with their song. Ion (whose full name is Ionasal kkll Preciel) is a mystery in herself as she seems to know things about the world that none of her contemporaries know and she’s quite adept in engineering, always tinkering with machines and creating strange devices. Casty on the other hand is a cheerful human girl from Felion whose ability to use Song Magic has earned her a spot in the Special Forces’ ‘Genomis task force’.

Finally, Koei Tecmo Europe has released a trailer showcasing the art, story, original music and various characters that help weave the opus of Ar Nosurge.

　　妮(CV：内田真礼)

　　迪尔塔、恰丝提、萨莉等人的朋友，本名叫妮娅法拉斯库。住在菲利昂的神出鬼没的女性，在人们被妖精袭击的时候会不知从何处出现相助，自称“疾风的大姐姐”，在街上小有名气。













　　卡侬(CV：井之上奈奈)

　　本名卡诺依尔・库库露露・普林夏尔。曾是在火星拉谢拉与伊昂争夺皇帝之位的女性。在9岁的时候就与杰诺姆之王科扎尔契约成功，是史上最年轻成功的才女。但其本人并不自负，作为皇帝候补为了获得支持而耐心倾听人民的声音。

　　拥有讴歌诗魔法所必要的人类的声带以及编织诗魔法的杰诺姆之力的“人型”少女，能够单独使用诗魔法，这在已经灭绝的杰诺姆之中也是极为罕见的存在。

　　战斗系统

　　本作中的战斗将由主角和女主角两人参加战斗，战斗时画面上方的WAVE则显示了整个场景的敌人，如果全部消灭场景中将不会出现新的敌人。触发战斗为常见的踩地雷形式，而女主角和同伴则会以诗魔法和同伴攻击的方式进行支援。













　　同伴攻击

　　随着故事的进行在战斗中就能够使用各种同伴攻击，虽然一次战斗只能使用一次但效果非常之大，且同伴攻击的过场动画也是值得关注的要素之一。

　　诗魔法

　　诗魔法是将思念之力通过诗具现化的魔法。其威力会依托于咏唱者思念之力的强弱。在战斗开始时可以选择使用的诗魔法，而其修正效果则会根据角色的性格倾向而定。随着攻击、回合经过、防御画面右上方的数值就会增加，其数值越高诗魔法的威力就越强。而最终诗魔法的攻击范围则会在左上方以红色表示。











　　诗魔法的演出震撼且插图精美，是绝对值得一看的。

　　GUST预定于10月2日发售的《天空的浪潮 离线版》公开了本作的最新情报。游戏的首发特典已经确定为伊昂的一套服装：巫女服。下面就是该服装的设计样图。至于游戏里她实际穿上是什么样，还是抱有一些小小的期待吧。



　　本作最大的特色就是实时系统，游戏中的女主角伊昂将会按照现实时间进行作息活动，本作中玩家可以随时启动PSV，无需任何网络支持就可以与伊昂进行互动。当然，如果时间实在安排不开，还可以消费Hymp点数来调整时间。
