I read a lot of novels，not only to improve vocab but also to learn the style of writing. It works，and I find it interesting.

Will try out the ways you shared and hope it do help to improve my English. English really play an important role especially in our career.... I found my English is poor and it is hard for me to communicate with certain level of people in my work place....
