Akiba's Trip: Undead & Undressed PS3 & Vita dates revealed, PS4 version confirmed

   

   

Strip Vampires Naked in Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed

XSEED Games, the independent-minded console publishing brand of Marvelous USA, today announced that the company will launch the over-the-top action RPG title, Akiba's Trip: Undead & Undressed, on the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system and PlayStation Vita handheld entertainment system on August 12, 2014. XSEED Games has also revealed that the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system version of the game is scheduled to make its English-language debut later this holiday season. In addition, the official AKIBA’S TRIP: Undead & Undressed website launched today and can be found at akibastrip.com.

Released as Akiba's Trip 2 in Japan, the title received a Gold Award by Famitsu upon its release. The all new standalone story in Akiba's Trip: Undead & Undressed takes players on an eclectic trip through Tokyo’s “Electric Town” electronics district in which they will battle vampire-like foes in over-the-top, highly stylized role-playing action. Dual Audio with English and Japanese voiceovers complement a narrative dripping with satire and nods to Japanese culture to create a bewitching modern day supernatural “otaku” adventure.

In Akiba's Trip: Undead & Undressed, players must repel a brooding malevolence that has fallen over Tokyo’s popular Akihabara (Akiba for short) electronics district. Akiba has been invaded by creatures known as “Synthisters” who prey on the anime- and game-obsessed patrons of Akihabara like vampires, but feast on their social energy and will to live rather than their blood. Only direct exposure to sunlight can stop this menace.

That’s where players come in. Taking the role of a young man named Nanashi who was transformed into one of the walking undead himself, players must identify which of the outwardly human men and women of Akiba are Synthisters with the help of a handy in-game smartphone app, then free them of their clothes, exposing them to sunlight and sending them to the netherworld. To achieve this, players will use everyday objects from baseball bats to comic books to motherboards as weapons, beating enemies into submission before attempting to literally grab the shirts off their backs. Once enough stripping experience has been gained, each of the enemies’ unique clothing items can be claimed by players for their personal use as well.

Akiba's Trip: Undead & Undressed is developed by Acquire and published by XSEED Games in North America and will be available both physically for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita systems at participating retailers, as well as digitally on both systems via PlayStation Store, on August 12, 2014 for $39.99. Details about the PlayStation 4 system version will be revealed at a later date.

Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus and Senran Kagura Bon Appétit! Coming Soon to Europe

Marvelous Europe, the European division of Japanese publisher Marvelous Inc., today announces two games from the smash hit Senran Kagura franchise scheduled for release in Europe in the coming months. Battle adventure title, Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus and rhythm-cooking series spin-off Senran Kagura Bon Appétit! will be coming exclusively to PlayStation Vita as a digital download on the PSN store in Europe and Australia later this year.

Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus is cut from the same cloth as its predecessor, Senran Kagura Burst, a surprise hit on 3DS earlier this year, but raises the bar in every way imaginable. From art style to story, combat mechanics to graphics, everything is bigger and better in Shinovi Versus. With ridiculous mid-air combos, over-the-top humour, garments that explode when characters take damage and Secret Ninja Art techniques, Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus is a unique, and uniquely Japanese, experience.

Fans of the series will take control of twenty shinobi fighters from four different ninja academies - the Hanzō National Academy, the Homura Crimson Squad, the Gessen Girls’ Academy and the Hejibo Clandestine Girls’ Academy. The story can be played from the perspective of each academy with the aid of the original Japanese voice track and lovingly localised English subtitles. Up to four players can battle online to determine the ultimate Shinobi.

Senran Kagura Bon Appétit! sees the girls battle it out in a cooking competition held by Master Hanzō, with the grand prize for winning the contest being a magical ninja scroll.

Each of the characters has their own personal motivation to enter and win the competition, and these stories are told over five separate ‘cooking battles’ against other characters. The storyline for each character is typical of other titles in the franchise, with plenty of offbeat humour and over the top cutscenes.

Both titles carry on the tradition of the Senran Kagura series - a truly unique Japanese franchise which has now expanded to include an anime TV show, figurines, clothing and even bed linen!

“We were surprised and delighted that the Senran Kagura series has been so well received in Europe,” commented series Producer, Kenichiro Takaki. “ The team is very excited that these new titles will soon be released for the rest of the world to enjoy.”

《禁忌的玛格那》Fami通大图 与精灵拉近关系

　　距离《禁忌的玛格那》发售已经不到两个月了，本作描写的是经营旅馆的少年卢克斯和失忆的精灵们之间的故事。这次Fami通为我们带来了能拉近卢克斯和精灵直接距离的“ETR事件”，以及主线剧情的详细情报。

　　神奇的手镯

　　由于旅馆没什么人来住，为了谋生，卢克斯只好去洞窟采掘水晶，通过卖到市场上赚钱。有一天在洞窟里偶然发现了被水晶封印的精灵夏露萝缇，以及她旁边的一个手镯。但是，这个手镯最终与卢克斯同化，最终成为了他身体的一部分，再也取不下来了。

　　凌驾于手镯力量之上的“上位命令”

　　自从和手镯同化之后，卢克斯被精灵们奉为了“主人”，受到精灵们的崇拜。然而，在某个遗迹遇到的精灵狄娅娜被一种“上位命令”的力量控制，向卢克斯袭来。用什么方法才能攻略比手镯更强的上位命令呢？对狄娅娜她们实行上位命令的幕后黑手又是谁呢？

　　ETR任务

　　随着主线剧情的发展，玩家能直接去精灵的房间里与她们对话，有时还会发生ETR事件。ETR事件能加深卢克斯和精灵之间的信赖关系，最终能增强精灵的力量。

　　PS：一次只能跟一个精灵对话哦，先想好要跟哪个精灵加深关系再做决定吧。

　　精灵介绍

　　夏露萝缇（声：茅野爱衣）

　　出现在主人公面前的第一精灵。性格活泼不怕生，和主人公立刻打成一片。不擅长家务，特别是不擅长料理，到了会被说“不要呆在厨房”的程度，老是觉得自己除了力量大之外没什么优点。

　　贝阿特莉切（声：茅原实里）

　　第二精灵。头脑明晰、冷静沈着，家务万能的完美类型。虽然喜欢大家，但经常帮倒忙，导致没什么人缘。.

　　狄娅娜（声：小清水亚美）

　　使用长枪，就算去洗澡也带着武器。但实际上是非常珍爱小熊玩偶的软妹子，口癖是“为什么人要穿内衣啊”。

《恶魔高校DxD 新星热斗》详情公开 福利满载

　　Marvelous预定于2014年夏天推出的PSV免费新作《恶魔高校DxD 新星热斗》公开了本作的详细情报。本作是一款免费后宫RPG游戏，玩家要扮演主角兵藤一诚和形形色色的女孩子们一起战斗。

　　本作的游戏剧情为原创故事，监修由原作者石踏一荣负责。沿途有着各种战斗等待玩家的挑战，此外游戏还有在线协作和对战要素。

　　战斗之后则会有名为“破坏服装”的迷你游戏，按照画面上的提示完成魔法阵就可以使女孩子的衣服破碎。还可以利用这一方法来俘获敌方的角色。而游戏的登场角色总共有超过50人，收集同伴创建自己的后宫吧!

　　此外本作还有自定义要素，玩家可以通过合成和进化来强化角色，而服装也可以随意更换。最后官方宣传人员还表示，本作中除了胸部能摇外，臀部和那个地方也可以摇……
