Learn at your own pace. There’s no need to hurry when learning something especially a language. Make learning English fun. Don’t give up too soon or get discouraged. Don’t get stressed out when it becomes a little difficult.

I pick up my english from reading more english and reply all my friends in english. Anyway, should someone is interested in improving their english, automatically I believe you will pick up very fast from all media eg. through listerning to radio news and song, communicate with friend in english and of course reply all documentation in english as well.  I would say now my english is better than my chinese communication. (The above are just my personal view of point)!
