    骗子肯定还是会有。但至少买家看到了知道是不是个可信的卖家，才购买。虽然不能减少骗子的出现率，能减少受害者被骗的机率也不是件坏事。骗子想骗却没人被骗，自然而然会减少吧。有精明的消费者就不会那么容易被骗了。

    直接像淘宝这样... 货到付款.... 买家先把金额提交到JBtalks 或 第三方 ....然后货品收到后确认在请Jbtalks把金额转给卖家.... 这不是更好.... 所以jbtalk只要找一个人来负责 然后只要监督这个人就好 也可以找金融公司担保 但这样就要给手续费 就好像信用卡 虽然有盗用得情况当大多数还是普通的使用者
然后每次交易付1%给jbtalk 作为储蓄金 发生什么事就可以从这个储蓄金里面扣除。。。

this can reduce the possibility of fraud cases as sellers are sincerely to make profit and earn a living from online business but not just play play and mia in the end

students or part-time sellers will not be permitted
Pls dun blame me, you should blame the cheaters who harm you to lose your business opportunities
you cannot be so selfish, want to conduct business from your standpoint of view but somehow the security of buyers will be harmed

personally thinking that paying the money to a third party first, after closed deal then pay to the sellers, it's simply a waste of time and money. even if 1% of the total amount, in the future, it will become a huge sum of money. Deposit will be a better way since sellers can take it back anytime. Besides, who is bother to act as third party?

p/s: sorry i cant type chinese words but I really want to raise my voice here

我想到一个比较适合的办法了。
不然这样吧，要在这里开店做生意的人，全部必须先和站长见面，然后签下合约（要拿去律师楼问万一出事是否可以生效）（整个会面全部录下来）

其实搞到这样大家不用做生意了。。不过很多人就是做不出本的生意。。。有人要货才订购。。。

    我所说的担保 是有金融公司 比如public bank , aia这些公司 他们有这些业务的 但要付手续费咯 好像信用卡那样抽2-4%那样咯

管理员可以试看参考lelong网站。。他们虽然没用paypal交易，不过也很少骗子，马来西亚现在缺少一套完整的网络交易系统啊，像paypal，alipay这样的东西。。
