工作性质：1. Attend to sales inquiries, including call-in and walk-in customers, by providing relevant information  
                        about the product and the project with the objective to achieve sales target.
                    2. Organize and participate in property launches or exhibitions and sales office duties.
                    3. To execute marketing strategies to achieve sales target set by the company.
                    4. To coordinate the signing of the SPA and loan arrangement.
                    5. Build and maintain good relationship with potential customers aimed to increase customer base
                        and loyalty.
                   6. Provide excellent customer after-sales services.
                   7. To achieve or exceed sales target.
                   8. Conduct market research and keep abreast with trends, demands and comparable market sales
                       prices.

工作时间：星期一至五：9.00a.m. - 5.15p.m.，星期六：9.00a.m. - 1.00p.m.
工作日期：星期一至星期六（5天半， 每个月可以选一个星期六休息）
薪金        ：RM1,800 - RM3,000++(+ commission)（视经验而定,可磋商）
                   （bonus, socso, EPF,每年加薪，在职培训)

条件：   1. 有无经验皆可，欢迎刚离校生
               2. 18岁以上
               3 肯学，活跃，有责任感
               4. 自备交通
