　　SideQuest工作室曾与2月份公布的一款名为《彩虹天空(Rainbow Skies)》的游戏日前正式公布了发售日和平台，该作将于2014年发售，并以PSN下载游戏的形式登陆PS3和PSV平台。

　　本作将近开发了一年的时间，游戏的类型为回合制战斗的RPG，剧情跨越两个平行的世界，游戏中将加入新的角色和怪物同时游戏的剧情并非连接彩虹和月亮。系统方面新系统将包括“怪物驯服”和组合攻击等，此外还有新的对话表情系统、新的寻宝任务，同时还对支线任务系统进行改进、玩家可以探索游戏的世界，享受更先进的站东系统及迷你游戏。游戏支持Cross Play，针对PS3和PSV两平台进行优化。

Rainbow Skies Coming to PS3, PS Vita in 2014

Hi RPG and indie fans! We’re excited to announce that Rainbow Skies is coming exclusively to PS3 and PS Vita in 2014.

Rainbow Skies is an indirect sequel to our RPG from last year, Rainbow Moon, which was nominated as the “Best Indie Game” in the PSN Gamers’ Choice Awards 2013.

Taking a lot of fan feedback into consideration, we’ve been working on Rainbow Skies for nearly a year and are now eager to tell you more about the project. First, Rainbow Skies is a new game that takes place in a new world, with new characters, monsters, and a story that isn’t linked to its predecessor. The world of Rainbow Skies stretches over two parallel worlds, with strong visual variety, and 50 dedicated background music tracks.

Rainbow Skies is more than just a sequel. We’ll be introducing many new features, including monster taming, an advanced battle system with new combo attacks, new dungeon action elements, a new dialog and emoticon system, new treasure hunt quests, an improved side quest system, explorable buildings, and new mini-games.

Apart from providing the new content and features, we’re absolutely staying true to our roots. Fans of traditional RPG play can once again look forward to turn-based battles, free world and dungeon exploration, extensive character development, and lots of optional goodies. 10 minutes of Rainbow Skies gameplay

   

Eastasiasoft has released a 10-minute gameplay video of Rainbow Skies, its upcoming RPG from SideQuest Studios.

Here is an overview of the footage, via Eastasiasoft: “The video demonstrates the game’s classic turn-based combat and colorful, vibrant fantasy world. Dungeons, towns, monsters and more are all highlighted, alongside a raft of refinements and improvements over the game’s acclaimed predecessor, Rainbow Moon.”

Rainbow Skies is due out for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PS Vita on June 26 in North America and June 27 in Europe for $29.99. It will feature both Cross-Buy and Cross-Save support across all three platforms.

Fantasy Turn-Based RPG Rainbow Skies Coming to PlayStation Store June 26th

Independent developer and publisher, Eastasiasoft Limited, alongside development partner, SideQuest Studios, today announced that Rainbow Skies, the fantasy Tactical RPG is coming to the PlayStation Store for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita on June 26th in North America and June 27th in Europe in Asia. In Rainbow Skies players will enter a colorful and whimsical world, filled to the brim with friends, foes, dungeons, tactical turn-based battles, towns, shops, and everything else your role-playing heart desires.

The story of Rainbow Skies begins on the morning of Damion’s final examination as a monster tamer, an important profession in his home town, which is constantly threatened by monster attacks. However, after a terrible hangover, Damion completely messes things up and not only fails the examination, but also destroys the entire monster compound. When he tries to cover up his mishap with his examiner Layne, things turn from bad to worse and through a number of unforeseen circumstances, they find themselves between the fronts of two rival superpowers...

　　《彩虹天空》是《彩虹月亮(Rainbow Moon)》的续作，是一款回合制战斗类RPG，玩家将以怪物驯兽师Damion的视角感受从职业考试失败到介入两国之间战争的故事。

Eastasiasoft has released a new teaser trailer and kicked off the Play-Asia physical edition pre-order campaign for its 2013-announced Rainbow Skies, which will launch for PlayStation 4, PS Vita, and PlayStation 3 in 2018.

Rainbow Skies & Rainbow Moon Coming to PlayStation 4 in 2016

Today, Eastasiasoft Limited—the Hong Kong–based developer and publisher of interactive entertainment and development partner SideQuest Studios are excited to announce that their upcoming role-playing game Rainbow Skies and their previous bestseller Rainbow Moon are currently in development for the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system.

“Thanks to the tremendous support and feedback from our fans, we are thrilled to bring our Rainbow RPG series to the PS4™,” said Marcus Pukropski, CEO of SideQuest Studios. “Rainbow Skies is our biggest and most ambitious project including a complex background story with multiple, interwoven narratives and many additional features and improvements such as monster taming, player upgrades, skill books and combo systems.”

Rainbow Skies will be available for the PlayStation 4 system, PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system and PlayStation Vita handheld entertainment system in the second half of 2016, while the PlayStation4 system version of Rainbow Moon will launch sometime in 2016.
