Cosplay Competition
Location: Main Atrium, Tropicana City Mall
Date: March 21st & 22nd, 2009 (Sat & Sun)
Time: 3p-5pm
Registration: 1pm-2pm
Prize giving Ceremony: 5pm-6pm (Sun)

1) This competition is open to amateur public aged 16 and above. Professionals and members of the ACGC Committee are not allowed.

2) This competition is limited to first 30 cosplayers who register at the Cosplay registration booth. First come first serve basis.

Theme:
Having a good time

Prizes:
Kingston 16GB 133x Elite Pro Compact Flash Memory Card

Requirements:
- Any participant with the required photography gear. No camera restrictions.
- Short descriptive title of the photos taken.

Participant Requirements:
- IC is required for verification of participation and for prize confirmation.
- Personal information for verification on website.
- Registration to participate AND/OR vote at http://portal.acgc.com.my/
- Correct birth date for verification of prize-giving.

Rules and Regulations:
1. All photos must be submitted into the gallery at http://portal.acgc.com.my/.
2. The photos must be uploaded into the “Acgc photo competition” category.
3. 2 photos maximum are allowed to be submitted. If more than 2 photos are submitted, 2 of the photos will be randomly selected for the contest.
4. All photos submitted must be in JPEG, GIF or PNG.
5. All photos must be 1024pixels by 768pixels. Maximum size of the photos is 2MB.
6. No excessive photo-editing is allowed. Color correction, exposure correction and saturation control is allowed. NO TOUCHING-UP IS ALLOWED.
7. Original photo must be submitted by the photographer. No third-party submissions.
8. EXIF Data must be available upon request. Failure to produce the EXIF data for the photos will be disqualified.
9. Photograph submitted must be within the date of the event.
10. By submitting your photograph to Brighton & Hove City Council you agree to your name and age being published in relation to your photograph online and in all media.
11. This competition is not open to any person involved in the running of the competition.
12. ACGC reserves the right to disqualify/remove any entry which breaches any of these rules or to withhold a prize if in its opinion entries do not reach the required standard or theme.
13. By submitting your photograph to ACGC and the ACGC portal you agree to grant ACGC the right to publish and the right to license others to publish the photograph online and in all media as required.

Deadline:
- Before 29th March 2009

Voting procedure:
- One vote per person
- Duplicate accounts will not be allowed. Participants caught faking votes will be disqualified.
