•Preparation of Sales / Procurement documentations which include Quotations, Purchase Orders, Invoices and Delivery Orders.
•Monitor and co-ordinate the whole Sales / Procurement process from quotation to delivery to customer.
•Logistics arrangements.
•Tele-marketing.
•Attend to customers’ enquiries on order status/details.
•Co-ordinate and liaise with Retailers on proposals, meetings and promotional events.
•Monitor and follow-up on simple Accounts Receivable/Payable.
•Monthly closing of Accounts.
•Supports administrative functions and provide general support to the team. |

条件: |
•Min. GCE ‘O’/’A’, Diploma in business / IT related background with 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.
•Experience in IT industry is preferred.
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
•Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Independent, responsible, diligent and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
•Fluent in English and Chinese for effective communication with our suppliers and customers.
•Fresh graduates with good attitude are welcome to apply. |
