1        After payments are made, there is strictly NO refund upon cancellation of the order to avoid confuse.
        一旦汇款，代表订单已经确定，我们将不接受任何理由要求退款避免混乱。
       

2        Once your order has been confirmed by admin, your orders will be send to warehouse for processing.
        There's no request for changes, cancelation, merging, or add on.
        一旦你的订单被网店管理员确认后，我们将不接受更换，取消，合拼，或者加单。因为你的货可能已经被货仓员工处理。
         
3        The order submits and payment before 11.30pm will be post out by the next working day based on our best efforts.  
        每天在晚上10.00前提交的订单，我们将尽全力在隔天寄出。
         

4        Tracking number will be update on the web shop at midnight or next day morning, before that, please don’t email or inbox us to request for it.
        包裹追踪码将在每天凌晨和隔天早上更新，在这之前，请不要一直发邮件追问。
         
         
5        For balance more than RM100, we accept your request if u would like us to bank in for you.
        如果余额超过RM100，代理可以要求我们用bank in退款。

6        We only accept all transaction via Maybank. Any extra charges that caused by other banks will be bare by buyers.
        我们只用Maybank进行所有的交易。任何由其他银行征收的额外费用，将由买家承担
         
7        The goods are at your own risk from the time of delivery. We will not hold the responsibility for any damage or loss during delivery.
        邮寄的途中如有损坏，遗失或延迟，本店没有负责。
         

8        Please do not direct post back any lens without inform us, we will not handle it.
        请不要再没有交代清楚的情况下直接把包裹寄回来给我们，我们将不处理类似的包裹。
         
9        Any special request or mistake that caused by your side, we will not responsible for the delay as we need times to handle it. Please do not rush us.
        有任何特别要求或者问题出现在你们那儿的订单，如果有拖延到，我们不会负责，因为这样的单子我们需要更多时间处理。所以，请不要催我们。
         
         
10        All refund to bank account will be made on every month end.
        所有需要退款到银行户口的，都将在每个月尾处理。
         
11        Strictly NO cash posting on the parcel as it is prohibited by courier services.

14        For international buyers (outside Malaysia), Customs duty and other taxes may be levied when a shipment reaches your country.
        If applicable, it is buyer's responsibility to deal with Customs office for the clearance. Policies may be vary by country.
        Some countries may required additional licenses and/or documents for import controls.
        Please contact the Customs office at your country for more details.
        海外的买家（马来西亚以外）或许会被当地的海关征收进口税，由于每个国家的税率不同，买家务必像当地的海关查询，以便清关。
