Developing four years in Malaysia, construction contracting and management include reinforced-concrete structure, residential industrial structure, steel structure, glass curtain wall, landscaping, mechanical and electrical, refined decoration etc. ; With over 170 administrative staff and more than 400 cooperative sub-suppliers as well as well contractual compliance capacity and excellent production quality, Giant Leap have earned a high reputation in Malaysia. Giant Leap holds 7 projects under construction, with a building area of around 1,500,000m², and 3 ancillary departments (that’s concrete mixing plant, a directly operated construction team with over 200 foreign workers and material center). - 需要能了解图纸和有设计的概念以便能给予改进建议。
- 有现场安装/组装大型结构组件的能力，吊装安装的位置与怎么放置等知识
- 能协调与安排现场人事物的分工进度

Job Description:
• Participation in assessment of economic contracts, bidding, review all kinds of payment for compliance in lawful and reasonable.
• Depend on accounting policy and taxation regulation, ensure auditing whether conform the requirements.
• Assist banking financing to submit information and complete LC/BA/OD/BG to process international clearing tools.
• Responsible to operate the company of cost analysis, accounting and controlling.
• Responsible in financial analysis of business activities on a regular basis and giving the suggestion to improve it.
• Responsible in forecasting taxation, must independent to complete Malaysia of regulation requirements in the audit report and final settlement report.
• Responsible to formulate department of training planning, create a training and apply the approval form.
• Preparation to launch the internal self-examination analysis report and capital management analysis report.
• Complete assigned by superiors of others work.
