1. reduce reuse and recycle
2. reduce the usage of air conditioner or adjust the temperature to 24 degree celcius
3. reduce the usage of plastic bags
4. plant more trees
5. install catalytic converter at the car exhaust to reduce the amount of hazardous gases produced
6. take public transport rather than driving own car
7. use both side of the paper

there are many method to preserve the environment, maybe you can focus on 1 point and do some deep research.
topic like , newater ( recycle water), biodegrade material, etc...
preserving environment is a huge topic, u can't possible talk about all.
