Cygames’ Project Awakening early gameplay video shown behind closed doors at E3 2018



Cygames showed members of the press an early gameplay video of Project Awakening, its 2016-announced “high-end console” game in development at Cygames Osaka, during a behind closed doors presentation at E3 2018.

The gameplay video, which is one minute long, features detailed, photo-realistic ruins and a fighter armed with a sword and shield, who encounters and battles a dragon. Cygames said that it represents a game far from completion, as the team has mainly been at work on the concept and engine, and for that reason it will not be released to the public.

Platforms for Project Awakening have yet to be announced. However, Cygames Osaka was established in 2015 with a focus on PlayStation 4 development. Its team includes Junji Tago, who was the technical director of the Fox Engine at Konami’s Kojima Productions.

《星际战甲》新版本“The Sacrifice”宣传片公开

　　在今天的E3 PC游戏展会上开发商Digital Extremes公布了《星际战甲》的全新版本“The Sacrifice”，同时还放出了E3 游戏的新宣传片。

   

　　“The Sacrifice”是《星际战甲》世界故事的新扩展，将会涉及到Orokin护甲创造者Ballas的故事——就是预告片中那个看起来有希腊风格的人物。

　　此外官方公布的消息并不多，但是粉丝们不用等待多久，新版本将在6月份上线。

《Don't Starve: Hamlet》公开新影片 宣布延至今年 12 月上市

　　独立研发商 Klei Entertainment 趁此次 E3 游戏展，宣布旗下知名冒险游戏《Don't Starve》新数据片《Don't Starve: Hamlet》将延至今年 12 月上市，同步公开了《Don't Starve: H amlet》最新宣传影片。

　　研发团队表示，此次在《Don't Starve》新数据片中，Wilson 发现了一个座落在热带丛林中、被外人所遗忘的古老城镇 Pigmen ，玩家来到这里，得要重新熟悉猪只商店、房子、物品等，同时深入这古代的猪儿遗址，并且试 图获得宝藏。

　　《Don't Starve: Hamlet》预定今年 12 月上市。

独立冒险游戏《沙漠旅人 Sable》公开 横越外星球来场深度之旅

　　全新独立冒险游戏《沙漠旅人（暂译，原名：Sable）》于 E3 2018 期间公开游戏宣传影片，预定 2019 年登上 PC 与 Xbox one 平台。

　　由 Gregorios Kythreotis 和 Daniel Fineberg 成立的开发团队 Shedworks 所打造的《沙漠旅人》，是一款关于成长故事的冒险游戏。 游戏中将探索一个开放世界沙漠，玩家将扮演年轻的 Sable，横越外星球来场深度之旅，探寻古代遗迹、残破的建筑，以及从宇宙中坠落的宇宙飞船，同时了解该星球栖居者的历史，并发现她在这个世界中的一席之地。

   

　　PC、Xbox one《沙漠旅人（暂译，原名：Sable）》预定 2019 年上市，支持繁体中文。

E3 2018 游戏展直播观看人数超百万 明年举办时间公布

　　今天 E3 电子游戏展的主办方ESA 公布了 E3 2018 游戏展的一组数据，同时宣布了明年E3将于当地时间 6 月 11 日至 13 日举办，场馆如每年同样是在洛杉矶会展中心。

　　在本届 E3 上有超过69200人来到了现场，玩家人数超过15000人。而全球通过网络直播观看的人数更是超百万。

　　E3 2018 有 200多家厂商参展，其中 85 家是第一次参加展会，期间超过 3250 个游戏参与展出。
