- Responsible for the daily accounting function – full set of account
- Responsible for Fixed Asset Register/Record and Audit Schedule
- Handle Petty Cash and Cash Flow Control and Management
- Handle Cheque Payment and Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare monthly progress claim and invoice
E-submission of Quarterly GST Return
- Handle Monthly Staff Payroll and E-submission of CPF and Staff IR8A
- Liaise and negotiate with Company Banker and Auditor
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Clinic Assistant - Masai, Johor
Rm1800 for at least 5 years experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Is to assists the consultant in the clinic.
-Opening and closing the clinic , to obtain the key from security office.
-Ensure patient's medical record and relevant document is available prior to commencement of clinic.
-Assist consultant in procedure and maintains patient privacy at all times.
-Direct patient to respective diagnostic department for investigation and treatment
-Ensure follow-up appointments are issued, explained and keyed in HIS accordingly
-Facilitate patient on admission to ward.
-Answer telephone calls and directs calls to consultant when necessary.
-Maintain clinic and procedure room cleanliness and tidiness upon utilizing.
-Ensure items used (e.g.consumables,procedures） are charged accordingly via CIS system.
-Ensure adequate supplies (e.g.consumables,equipment ect.) Prior to commencement of clinic.
-Maintain patient's records private and confidential at all times.
-Maintain systematic filling and dispatch to medical Record Department.


Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, any field.
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent
