请问下谁懂 oracle 的?
小弟问下前辈有关 normalization,

1. identify primary key
2. remove partial dependency
3. remove transitive dependency

第一个小弟知道如何做, 可是第二和第三的 step 就难倒我了
希望前辈能交我 2nd and 3rd normal form
还有一个问题其实 normalization 还有 4th normal forms 等等的步骤, 为什么我们只做到 3rd normal form 而已呢?
