民歌知多少 (新加坡鼎艺室内乐与中国音乐学院声乐导师呈献，指挥曹文工老师)

This concert is a vocal concert showcasing a multitude of Traditional Chinese Folk songs from different parts of China. The 3 guest vocalists are each renowned vocal lecturers at the China Conservatory of Music. The vocalists will be accompanied by Arts Sphere Chinese Chamber Ensemble, conducted by Mr. Cao Wen Gong (Arts Sphere's Oversea Consultant).

Besides the concert performance, local audiences would also get to learn more about Traditional Chinese Folk songs,through the Narration in the concert by Mr. Cao Wen Gong. He will be introducing this lesser-known genre of music, its rich culture and its progression in today’s arts scene.

Exploring beyond the confinements of Chinese Chamber Music, this is a groundbreaking attempt for Arts Sphere as it collaborates with the China Conservatory of Music for this production. Arts Sphere hopes to use this opportunity to promote the appreciation and widen the audience of Traditional Chinese Folk songs.

新加坡杰出青年乐团 --- 鼎艺室内室乐，曾荣获2008年新加坡全国华乐大赛合奏组冠军，以及2009年在英国威尔士举办的兰戈伦国际威尔士诗人与音乐家节比赛（Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod, Wales, UK.）中夺冠。这次该乐团将与三位来自中国音乐学院声乐导师，及中国著名指挥家曹文工老师的带领下，将呈献中国不同民族风格的传统音乐。让观众有机会更深入地了解中国传统音乐的种类与变化。有兴趣者可到来欣赏。。。。
