Gust has opened the official website for Nelke and the Legendary Alchemists: Atelier of a New Land, its newly announced town building RPG spin-off of the Atelier series for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PS Vita.
Here are all the details from the website:
■ A story in which a young lady and various alchemists fulfill their dreams. This will become our city.
The feeling of a daily life that interweaves various characters, and the uplifting feeling that your world is expanding through town development. Together with legendary alchemists, the young noblewoman Nelke will start to build her town.

Nelke is a curious young noblewoman who, following a certain event, is appointed the director of the “Remote Village of Vestbalt” and is entrusted with its development. Nelke will work hard to carry out her mission. And some resourceful cooperators will come along to help…

Nelke and the Legendary Alchemists adds new character Misty, returning characters Elfir, Escha, Logix, and Viese
The latest issues of Weekly Famitsu and Dengeki PlayStation have new information on Nelke and the Legendary Alchemists: Atelier of a New Land.
Here are the details:
Characters
• Misty Erlute (voiced by Akira Sekine) – Nelke’s personal maid who grew up alongside her from a young age. She is stylish and possesses high combat skills, but also has a sharp tongue. However, the things she says have a point.
• Characters Returning from Previous Games
• Elfir Traum – She is traveling with Marie.
• Escha Malier – An official on the development team and Logy’s colleague.
• Logix Fiscario – He was ignorant of the world and could not get jokes, but Escha is helping him be better.
• Viese Blanchimont – She is supporting the childhood friend she travels alongside.

Field Exploration
Field exploration, during which players will survey and explore, shows four party members on the screen at the same time. It seems to use a side-scrolling system with a Dragon’s Crown-esque style.

Misty Erlute (voiced by Akira Sekine)
A maid who works for the protagonist. Not only is she skilled in the basic housework duties of a maid, but she also possesses the skills to battle as a bodyguard. She has a cool personality and hardly shows emotion. She has a sharp tongue and speaks logically with indifference, even towards the protagonist Nelke.
—Misty grew up alongside Nelke from a young age. She will do everything physically possible to support Nelke’s work and dream.
Elfir Traum (voiced by Miki Nagasawa)

Earn Money to Revitalize Your Very Own Town
The job of “significantly developing the village of Vestbalt” is assigned to protagonist Nelke von Luchetam. In order to expand the village, Nelke must first make money through the management of its shops, and from there expand the breadth of her activities. Money obtained through shop management can be used to clear new land and further develop the town.

Work in Cooperation with Legendary Alchemists
The legendary alchemists will lend you their power in exploring outside the village, synthesis, shops, and more. Gust has announced Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland DX, Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland DX, and Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland DX for PlayStation 4 and Switch. All three titles will launch both physically and digitally on September 20 in Japan for 4,800 yen each.
Each game will include the downloadable content originally released for that title. Copies of the physical version will include a download code for that game’s original soundtrack.
A 13,800 yen Atelier ~Alchemists of Arland 1-2-3~ DX Premium Box will also be available and include the following:

Gust 25th Anniversary Premium Live concert set for November 24
Gust will host a Gust 25th Anniversary Premium Live concert on November 24 at the Team Smile Toyosu PIT in Tokyo, the company announced.
The concert will feature Acrylicstab, Yuko Ishibashi, Rekka Katakiri, Haruka Shimotsuki, Ceui, Asako Nasu, Mao, Marie, Noriko Mitose, Mineko Yamamoto, Riya (Eufonius), and more.

The son of the former village headman of Vestbalt, and the current village headman. While he is a grown man with the ability to defeat the monsters that wandered into the village, he actually has a gentle personality. He projects a hearty aura as not be looked down on by his opponents, which has resulted in him talking in a unique way.
Lotus McGregor (voiced by Makoto Naruse)
Nelke’s old friend. He was given the task of being Nelke’s overseer and visits Vestbalt. Generally speaking, he usually has an enthusiastic and cheerful attitude. But he is also elusive in that he shows up in Nelke’s office unexpectedly and makes various movements behind the scenes.
Rorolina Frixell (Rorona) (voiced by Mai Kadowaki)
An alchemist with an easygoing and cheerfully energetic personality. She has a slightly unusually habit of calling people by shortened versions of their names. Her hobby and special skill is making pie.
Totooria Helmold (Totori) (voiced by Kaori Nazuka)
An alchemist from a fishing village. She had a reserved and timid personality, but gradually became more forward-facing as she studied alchemy. She tends to immediately say what she thinks.
Firis Mistlud (voiced by Kaede Hondo)
An alchemist from a mining town who loves to travel. She has a gentle and docile personality, but sometimes shows a strong will and vigorous curiosity. She loves meat and hates vegetables.
Razeluxe Meitzen (Raze) (voiced by Daisuke Ono)
A silent and blunt alchemist. While he is not very social, he is caring of others, and has recently begun full-blown studying of alchemy.
Enderk Jad (voiced by Jurota Kosugi)
The commanding officer of the Royal Guard of the Kingdom of Salburg, he is the strongest man in the Kingdom. He tends to give off a cool vibe due to his quietness, but within him burns a passionate will to fight that seeks a strong enemy to defeat.
Sterkenburg Cranach (Sterk) (voiced by Jurota Kosugi)
A knight from the Kingdom of Arland. While he is an overly serious young man who is skilled with a sword, he is also clumsy and does not speak much, so he sometimes scares people when they meet for the first time.
Pepperoncino (Pepperoni) (voiced by Jurota Kosugi)
A fairy (?) who continues to study day and night in order to become a full-blown fairy. He boasts a powerful exterior compared to other fairies, but he himself has the utmost confidence in his cuteness.

Cut Through Undeveloped Lands with the Legendary Alchemists
In order to gather information about the Grantzvite Tree and collect materials, Nelke, who is developing the village, must explore the surrounding area. However, there are dangers in these undeveloped lands. Sometimes monsters may even attack… Form a dream team of legendary alchemists and cut through the undeveloped lands with their combined power.
—Explore with a maximum party of five characters. Events such as material collection and battles will occur during their automatic movement.
—Use the skills possessed by your party members to defeat the monsters blocking your way forward.

Koei Tecmo and Gust have released the first full-length trailer for Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland DX, Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland DX, and Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland DX.
All three titles will launch for PlayStation 4 and Switch on September 20 in Japan for 4,800 yen each. A Premium Box edition including all three titles and more bonuses will also be available for 13,800 yen.

Spend Each Day Planning
Nelke and company’s daily lives are divided into “weekdays” and “holidays.” Work requests and town building are reserved for weekdays, while visiting residents and deepening bonds are reserved for holidays. By conducting research with alchemists, you will be able to do different things. Plan out your schedule, and realize your work and dreams together.
—On weekdays, make requests and build the town.
—You can request various different things, including synthesis, shopkeepers, and dispatches.
—You can even request non-alchemists for dispatch to shops and areas to explore.
—Make requests based on each character’s special traits.
—On holidays, there are plenty of things to do, like interacting and going out with everyone.
You can increase your friendship level by interacting with characters, such as clearing requests from residents or visiting them on holidays. If your friendship level is high, various good things may occur.
Conducting Research with Alchemists
By conducting research with alchemists, you can acquire recipes to create new items, strengthen items, and obtain rare items that can be used for town building and inquiry. There are also special kinds of recipes you can learn through research, and by working together with alchemists, you can get closer to the discovering the sage’s relic that is the Granzweit Tree.
—Strengthened items and rare items make town building and battles even smoother.
By conducting research, alchemists will eventually even be able to work together to synthesize items.

Atelier Online: Alchemists of Braceir will launch for iOS and Android devices on October 1 in Japan, Koei Tecmo, Gust, and NHN PlayArt announced during a Tokyo Game Show 2018 stage event.
The companies also announced that Rorona from Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland, Marie from Atelier Marie: The Alchemist of Salburg, and Totori from Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland will appear in the game.
A collaboration with Nelke & the Legendary Alchemists: Ateliers of the New World was also announced. Characters that appear in Nelke & the Legendary Alchemists will also participate in Atelier Online.
