Jump Force announced for PS4, Xbox One, and PC

   

Publisher Bandai Namco and developer Spike Chunsoft announced Jump Force, an Unreal Engine 4-powered fighting action game being developed to commemorate Weekly Jump’s 50th anniversary, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC during Microsoft’s E3 2018 press conference. It will launch in 2019.

　　Spike Chunsoft 开发，BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment 发行，预定 2019 年推出的组队对战动作游戏《JUMP FORCE》（ PS4 / Xbox One / PC），今（12）日公布了来自 80 年代  JUMP 经典少年漫画《圣斗士星矢》参战角色「星矢」、「紫龙」的参战宣传影片，供玩家欣赏。

　　《JUMP FORCE》是以集英社最具影响力的漫画杂志「周刊少年 JUMP」为题材的对战动作游戏，游戏中将收录《七龙珠 Z》、《航海王》、《火影忍者》等众多红遍全世界的经典漫画作品正反派角色，以 3 对 3 组队对战的方式， 在融合漫画与现实的关卡中展开跨作品的激烈对战。

   

　　本次的影片披露了来自 JUMP 80 年代经典少年漫画《圣斗士星矢》的参战角色天马座圣斗士「星矢」与天龙座圣斗士「紫龙」的战斗场面，两人将施展 “天马流星拳”、“庐山百龙霸” 等熟悉的华丽招式与其他跨界角色激战。 还可以爆气换装为射手座黄金圣衣与天秤座黄金圣衣的姿态。

　　此外，影片中还曝光了南美洲古文明金字塔与钟乳石洞窟等新的对战舞台。

Knights of the Zodiac, Seiya and Shiryu, join the Jump Force roster

Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe has revealed the addition of Saint Seiya characters - Pegasus Seiya and Dragon Shiryu - to the cast of Jump Force.

Appearing in iconic manga series Saint Seiya, Seiya and Shiryu are members of the Knights of the Zodiac, a group of handpicked warriors that have pledged to protect justice and peace across the world.

Pegasus Seiya is the Saint of the Pegasus constellation – famous for his unbending resolve and unbreakable mind. When in dire need, Seiya can call upon the power of the Gold Cloth of Sagittarius, increasing his strength to its ultimate limit.

The second playable character from Saint Seiya is Dragon Shiryu. Protected by the Dragon constellation, he is one of the calmest and most composed of all Saints. He is also one of the few Bronze Saints deemed worthy enough to wear the Gold Cloth. When needed, he can summon great strength from the Libra Cloth using its many weapons to defeat his foes.

Also revealed today is the Mayan City stage, where Jump Force fighters will do battle across ancient ruins of the Central American civilization.

Jump Force will be available in February, 2019 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for Jump Force featuring playable character Yugi Muto from Yu-Gi-Oh!.

Yugi will fight using his iconic and fan-favorite cards “Dark Magician,” “Dark Magician Girl,” and “Slifer the Sky Dragon.” He will be able to summon them to directly fight for him or use Spell and Trap cards to turn the tides of the battle.

Jump Force is due out for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in February 2019. A closed beta will run from October 12 to 14.

　　Gary 说明，《JUMP FORCE》不仅收录已经公开过的重量级 IP 角色，其中包含《七龙珠》、《火影忍者》和《航海王》，还会有《猎人》以及先前公开的《游戏王》武藤游戏，虽然他本身不直接动手参与战斗，但他会使用手上的卡牌 「黑魔导」、「黑魔导女孩」来战斗。

　　他表示，他们在 TGS 公开的新影片中，也揭露了来自《幽游白书》的角色「浦饭幽助」和「户愚吕（弟）」将会参战。 此外，《猎人》的「酷拉皮卡」和「奇犽」也会参战，并且还公布了新的对战舞台「姬路城」。

　　游戏要素的部分也将会加入「在线游戏大厅」，可以在这个区域和其他在线玩家互动，也会准备《航海王》、《七龙珠》和《火影忍者》的主题区。 还准备了「自创角色」系统，让玩家登入在线大厅。 而这些自创角色也可以自由设定性别、外观甚至是必杀技，作为可操作的对战角色使用。

Jump Force launches in February 2019, adds Yusuke and Toguro from Yu Yu Hakusho

   

   

Jump Force will launch worldwide for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam in February 2019, and Yusuke Urameshi and Toguro from Yu Yu Hakusho will be playable characters, Bandai Namco announced.

Pre-orders will include a new lobby vehicle and three exclusive costumes.

In the Americas and Europe, a Collector’s Edition including the following bonuses will be available:

Killua is the third son of the Zoldyck family – the most infamous and deadly assassins of the world. He was expected to join them, but chased his own fate by running away from home to become a Hunter.

Kurapika also had a difficult family history – as the last survivor of his clan. They are both very strong fighters that value their friends and they will do anything to protect them!

Himeji Castle, one of the most famous sites in Japan, will also be a playable stage.



Bandai Namco also revealed four game-original characters designed by Akira Toriyama that are part of the game’s story.

Finally, after announcing a PlayStation 4 closed beta for Japan earlier this week, Bandai Namco announced that a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One closed beta will run in the Americas and Europe at the same time, from October 12 to 14. In Europe, spaces are limited and only open to members of the EP!C Rewards Club, and registration will close on October 7 at 11:00PM BST.

Goku will be able to enter Super Saiyan Blue form in Jump Force, Bandai Namco announced.



Bandai Namco’s tweet confirms that Super Saiyan Blue Goku is not a separate character from base Goku. It reads, “Goku will be able to unleash the power of the Super Saiyan Blue in Jump Force! Can you guess how to activate it?”

Joining the roster of Jump Force is Yugi Muto, the hero of Yu-Gi-Oh! Jump Force brings together the greatest heroes and villains from over the 50-year history of Shueisha’s influential Japanese manga Weekly Shonen Jump to fight for the fate of their world and ours.

Yu-Gi-Oh!’s story takes place in a world where a card game: Duel Monsters, is one of the largest aspects of everyday life. The game can bring fortune and fame to its champions, or demise to those less fortunate.

The main protagonist, Yugi Muto, is a lonely boy who loves playing the game but was never blessed with talent. After finding and solving the Millennium Puzzle, an ancient and powerful artefact, Yugi unknowingly became host to Dark Yugi, the spirit of the long deceased Pharaoh Atem. The Pharaoh’s spirit possess and takes control of Yugi in times of danger, he is able to become one of the greatest Duel Monsters players in the world.
