Fire Emblem Warriors will launch for Switch and New 3DS in Japan on September 28, Nintendo announced during its Japanese E3 2017 spotlight. In North America and Europe, the game is still slated for a fall release.

Koei Tecmo has updated the official Japanese website for Fire Emblem Warriors with information and screenshots of recently announced playable characters Robin (Male), Lucina, Lissa, and Frederick.

He lost his memory and was rescued by the Shepherds when lying unconscious, before joining their cause.
Lucina (voiced by Yuu Kobayashi)
She wears a mask and calls herself “Marth.” Wielding the Falchion, a sword of which only one should exist in this world, she gets involved in Chrom and the others’ dilemma.
Lissa (voiced by Kana Asumi)
Chrom’s younger sister, and princess of the Halidom of Ylisse. A member of the Chrom-led Shepherds, she can sometimes be selfish, but has a kind heart.
Frederick (voiced by Daisuke Ono)
A knight of the Halidom of Ylisse. The deputy of the Chrom-led Shepherds. He is has a serious and honest personality, and is strict with both himself and others.

Fire Emblem Warriors adds Cordelia and Robin (Female)
Cordelia and Robin (Female) from Fire Emblem Awakening will be playable characters in Fire Emblem Warriors, the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu reveals.
Outside of the new character details, the magazine also has information on game’s “Efficiency” and “Weapon Triangle” systems, which return from previous Fire Emblem games. There are also details on a “Character Lost” system that prevents players from using a character again if they die.

Systems
In addition to the exhilarating action of the Warriors series, Fire Emblem Warriors combines the familiar tactical elements of the Fire Emblem series and a bond system.
Weapons Triangle
—Stun Gauge
Fighting with an advantage weapon will increase the damage dealt to the enemy, as well as lower their golden Stun Gauge.
—Critical Hit
By lowering the Stun Gauge, you can deal great damage with a “Critical Hit.” If you use an advantage weapon, its power will be even greater.
Weapon Efficacy
Attack specific enemies with weapons of particular efficacy to deal tremendous damage.
Movement
—Mount Characters
Great Knight and Pegasus Knight characters can move around quickly on horseback. They also have exciting attacks that make use of riding and flying.
—Flying Routes
Depending on the map, there may be areas that can only be passed with a flight unit. Use these to your advantage to more efficiently progress.
Tactics: Instruction
The heroes’ advance route can always be changed during the course of the battle. Make adjustments based on the situation to better advance on the battlefield.
Tactics: Leave it To Them
You can set actions for when you are not providing instruction or for after they have achieved their instructions.
Tactics: Character Change
You can switch between four characters on the battlefield at any time.
Bonds: Bond System
By fighting alongside heroes, your bonds with them will depen. If you level up, you may receive reards and be able to see bond conversations.
Bonds: Lost
Heroes injured on the battlefield will be lost and cannot be used in the battles that follow, so caution is necessary.
