不能，參考Apple 香港對iPhone warranty的條款中提到“ Apple 得限制 iPhone、iPad 和 Apple TV 之保固服務僅於 Apple 或其授權經銷商最初銷售該裝置之國家境內提供。”
意思就大概是，這iPhone在哪個國家售出，要warranty就必須在該國家才有
也可以參考英文條款“ Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.”
