Hiring !!! Customer Service Officer (contract/ permanent)

Working location: City Square Office Tower

Qualification:
1) above average in English communication level,
2) able to work shift,
3) own transportation,
4) SPM/diploma holder with 2-3 years related experience
5) open for fresh degree

Working Hour:
Rotating shift between 7 a.m. until 3 a.m., including weekend, public holiday,( 5 days/ week, 9 hours/ day)

Salary package :
1) Basic- RM 2,000-RM 3,000
2) KPI allowance- RM 1,000 (quarterly)
3) shift allowance- RM 350
4) sale incentive- based on performance

Job scope:
1) handle inbound call regarding customer's enquirers
2) cross sell product if able (takes sales from inbound call)

spm holder with 4-5 yrs working experience but not related welcome?

must possess solid call center experience, will not consider other working experience
