也许政客是不能有脑的吧，就算有脑也要装傻，你看林肯都什么下场？人只要权力一大，很容易就身不由己变成权力的傀儡了。

有些厉害读书的，靠关系打肿脸充胖子当上高职位，但是没本事打理无动于衷。
