5. Assist in all administrative duties, inclusive of reports, documents and presentation materials.
6. Data input, maintain client records
7. Handling of all documentation arrangements
8. Reconciling expenses forms & client returns
9. Ordering stationary, water, office supplies
10. Attend to both office or Director's personal matters, when required, such as Financial, Investment & Banking matters
11. Provide a reception service and welcoming visitors
12. Deputizing for the Director in the office during his absence
条件 :
1. At least 1 year of experience
2. Strong in English writing and speaking, fluent in Mandarin.
3. The candidate must be professional and committed to the role.
4. Strong Organization and management ability.
5. Competent Microsoft Office applications and computer literated
6. Knowledge of basic business and accounting skills.
7. Experience in office administration.
8. Methodical and self-motivated
9. Attention to detail with the ability to work in a pressurized environment
