想hard reset我的手機

试试看：

Plan A
Go to your home screen. Tap the menu icon.
Tap settings/Privacy
You’ll see a choice to “reset phone.” Select this command
Enter password then select yes to confirm your password

Plan B
Plan A should work just fine but in some cases, such as when the phone is frozen, you’ll need to use Plan B. Here it is:
Turn Galaxy S power off. If your Galaxy is frozen, remove the battery and then reinsert it
Hold down the volume button
Press the power button and then release the power button
You’ll see a menu now. It will show you options for Fastbook, Clear storage, Recovery, or Simlock
Select Clear Storage. You’ll need to press the volume down button to do this
Press power button. Release power button.
Confirm. You’ll select volume up for YES or volume down for No

如果是 Hard Reset 的话手机上的电话号码、信息、软件、游戏等都会被删除。

SIM卡上的电话号码不会被删除。

你給的方法應該行得通的吧?
我害怕手機系統壞掉啊啊啊啊到時我自己救不回來@@

行不通手机系统也不会坏掉的啦~

行得通的话，联系人、信息、软件、游戏等都会被删除。

行不通的话，手机则不会有改变。

hardreset会把信息，电话簿的联系全部删除的，建议你做一份backup。安装Samsung Kies在你的电脑，连接你的电话，然后选择backup。就这么简单。等hardreset完了，在从Kies里restore。
至于hardreset，去到setting， backup and reset， factory reset就可以了。大致上不会出现什么状况的。
