标题: 电脑无法连接电话 [打印本页]

标题: 电脑无法连接电话
之前有位朋友拿他的电话（s2）连接我电脑是，detect不到，
那时后我就没研究为什么不能detect到，
刚才我用galaxy w连接时，也是detect不到，
去device manager删除samsung的device了，
然后成功安装device后，
my computer里的removable disk有出现，可是按进去又说please insert a disk.........
不知道什么原因啊。。。。

换个USB port看看~

这个问题我头大了，
家里好像只有一个cable，
因为只有一个人用智能电话，
囧，
可是不会是cable问题吧，
才第一次用那个cable。。。

我不是说Cable
我是说USB接口

啊，不好意识，误会了，
尝试了，全部port都不行，
removable disk还是没detect到电话的storage

换第二部电脑看看更好

解决了
plug the USB cable into your phone.
click 'settings' on your phone then click on the 'wireless and network' option
scroll down to and click on 'USB utilities'
a box should pop up on your phone saying 'connect storage to PC' so click on it
now plug the other end of the USB into your PC
a box should pop up on your phone saying 'connect USB storage' so click on it
