A curve with gradient function 2x - 2/2x square has a turning point at (k,8)
a) find the value of k.
这个我找到答案了，k=1
b) determine whether the turning point is a maximum or a minimum point.
算法是：
d2y
dx2
可是我不会算~ (2 is square)
c) find the equation of the curve.
这个我也不会

可以写在纸上upload上来吗？

楼主我给你第二题的step啊如果只要有关于到max/min的你就用这个step 就行了 step (1) find dy/dx=? step(2)when dy/dx=0 , x =? step(3)d2y/dx2=? step(4)你做完了step3后再把x放进step3的内容就好了最后如果d2y/dx2>0 的话，就是min ... d2y/dx2<0 的话就是maximum 。。然后如果你要找d2y/dx2的话，用你之前做过的那个dy/dx做多一次就好了。。像这样如果y=3x square + 4x的话，dy/dx=3x+4 ,d2y/dx2=3

gradient function已经是dy/dx了
turning point = 0
把2x乘2x 变成 4xsqaure
把-2搬去0 变加2
4xsqaure = 2
xsquare = 1/2
x = square root 1/2
不懂对吗

剩下的题目就不是问题了
