3. 最后就是到国内贸销部这个地址,http://e-aduan.kpdnkk.gov.my/int ... d=MASTER&lang=2 ,然后按hantar e-aduan baru, 填写表格投诉,他们会帮你的case开file,然后寄给bank negara要他们解决我们的事情之类的,我当天寄当天就回复我了...

IN (日期), I WAS MISLEADED BY ONE OF THE AGENT OF TAKAFUL TO JOIN THE TAKAFUL MESRA PLAN, IN (地点), NAME (姓名), IC (身份证), (知道的话可以放)HP NO (联络号码), (那人的职位- 例如:GROUP SALES MANAGER OF SECURE CORPORATE SERVICES SDN BHD).
HE GIVE ME THE WRONG INFORMATION , BY SAYING THAT THIS IS A TYPE OF HIGH INTEREST SAVING PLAN THAT OPENED FOR MUSLIM ONLY BEFORE, AND NOW OPEN FOR NON-MUSLIM FOR LIMITED TIME ONLY. HE TOLD ME THAT THE PLAN IS VERY BENEFITIAL, IS A SAVING PLAN, YOU SAVE RM200 PER MONTH AND CAN GET HIGH INTEREST RATE OF AT LEAST 5% PA, AND HE SHOW ME THAT IF YOU CAN PUT FOR 30 YEARS, YOU CAN TOTALLY GET RM 165,517.24 AT THE END OF THE 30 YEARS.
HE ALSO TOLD ME I CAN WITHDRAW ALL THE MONEY I SAVE ANYTIME I WISH AND I CAN STOP SAVING OR TERMINATE ANYTIME I WISH, WITH FULL WITHDRAW OF PREMIUM AND SAVINGS.
RECENTLY, I WAS FACING SOME FINANCIAL PROBLEM AND I WISH TO TAKE OUT MY SAVING IN THIS ETIQA MESRA PLAN. HOWEVER, AFTER CALLING THE HELPLINE CENTRE, I ONLY FOUND THAT THE PLAN I PURCHASED IS A LIFE INSURANCE PLAN AND NOT A SAVING PLAN. I CANNOT TAKE OUT MY PREMIUM PAID TO SOLVE MY FINANCIAL PROBLEM NOW.
I COMPLAINT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICES CENTRE AND THE HEAD OFFICE, THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE MONEY TO ME AND SEND ME A LETTER SAID THAT THIS IS THEIR FINAL DECISION, THEY WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY APPEAL OF THIS MATTER AND ADVISE ME TO CONTINUE THE PLAN.
I'M NOT SATISFY WITH THE REPLY, AND FEEL LIKE BEING CHEATED. HOPE YOUR PARTY CAN HELP ME REGARDING THIS MATTER. I HAVE ALSO FORWARDED THE COMPLAINT TO BANK NEGARA AT THE SAME TIME.

2. On (时间), I was convinced to purchase the Etiqa Mesra Plan by
entire agent at (地点). The agent, (姓名) told me that
this is a saving plan with high return and I can stop this plan anytime
with my entire premium paid fully refunded.
3. Recently, I was facing some financial problem and I wish to take out my
saving in this Etiqa Mesra Plan. However, after calling the helpline
centre, I only found that the plan I purchased is a life insurance plan and
not a saving plan. I cannot take out my premium paid to solve my financial
problem now.
4. I have complaint my matter to Etiqa Takaful Berhad, however, they refuse to refund the full amount I paid, and said that they will not entertain this matter anymore.
5. Etiqa as a big company in Malaysia, I hope that Etiqa will allow me to
stop this plan as soon as possible with my entire premium refunded. I hope
that Bank Negara can take some action against the misleading selling
concept provided by Etiqa agent.
