I think everyone in Malaysia posses British Accent, somehow, we can easily differ British and American.
Maybe it's because American not so orthodox.

for australian, "today" they pronoun as "to-dai"..
one of my x-colleague from uk, he always used "gonna" "wanna" and he can talk really fast that i couldn't get what does he mean =.=
american, and others (western) i do not know how to judge where are they from

i was born in Australia~but i am still a chinese

british accent,there are more than 13 accents in United Kingdom 6 main accents.- - the worst accent is Scouse accent,people called it the worst accent in the world
you can have a look that on youtube
By the way.people normally talk about british accent is london accent.queen has a london accent as well

不管语法会有什么后果？沟通障碍！比如你在一楼的问题，还真看不懂你在问什么......这就是一个好例子，说明“管语法”的重要......

會阿,都很痛苦,每次寫論文的時候,大學老師不檢查grammer的,看的懂就給分,高中很痛苦,所以credit都很難拿,每個eassy要2周來寫,一個grammer都不可以錯

  中文學校裡的學生都超級厲害,我是沒有啦,我很羨慕人家語言都這樣好.打字比賽1分鐘70個字也
  寫文章都拿全美中文獎

需要靠猜咯，也不知道猜的和你問的是否一致。
試想想，如果我們都使用標準語法，那就不需要有這畫蛇添足的多餘障礙，你說對嗎？
我國的英文水準每況愈下，就是因為現在的老師和學生都是這麼想：語法不重要，大概聽得懂就可以了......其實都是掩飾自己不懂語法的藉口......

but my pre-u and u, im study in foreign university
there is nth to do with government teachers anymore
so it did improve and my speaking skill did improve tho thanks to my bf

its the same... we study same syllabus,same exam papers, same books
no point to pay more and study abroad if i can get the cert here
i think its malaysia ranking had some problems as mostly ranked high were local u
